Quick Start
- Remove the baking tin [8] from the automatic bread maker by lifting it upwards.
- Insert the dough hooks [7] into the drive shafts and make sure that they are tight.
- Add the ingredients to the baking tin [8]. Start with liquids, sugar and salt. Then add flour, and finally yeast.
- Re-insert the baking tin [8] and make sure that it snaps into place securely.
- Close the cover [2].
- Insert the mains plug into a mains socket and switch on the main switch [5]. A beep sounds and the display indicates programme number 1 and the time period for this programme.
- Press the programme button [G] to select the desired programme.
- Press the button [C] to select the browning level.
- Press the button [B] to select the bread weight.
- You can use the two timer buttons [F] to set the end time of the selected programme.

Button Functions:
- A: Display - Shows programme number, time, weight, and settings.
- B: Bread weight: Press repeatedly until the arrow [arrow-below-1] is below the desired weight (1000g, 1250g, 1500g).
- C: Browning level / Quick mode: Set browning level (light, medium, dark) or quick mode. Press repeatedly until the arrow [arrow-below-4] is on the desired symbol. The baking time changes depending on the selected setting.
- D: Start/Stop button: Press this button until a beep sounds to start/stop the device or to delete a timer setting.
- E: Power LED: Indicates that a programme is running.
- F: Timer buttons: Used for time-delayed baking.
- G: Programme button: Select the desired baking programme. The programme number and baking time are indicated on the display.
Display Information

Display Elements:
- 1: Weight display (1000 g / 1250 g / 1500 g)
- 2: REMOVE function [RMV]
- 3: Baking time (hours/minutes) / preset time
- 4: Selected browning level / quick mode (light, medium, dark, quick)
- 5: Selected programme (1 - 16)
- 6: Programme sequence
- 7: Adding ingredients [ADD]
Operating the Bread Maker
Starting programme
Start the desired baking programme by pressing the Start/Stop button [D]. The automatic bread maker automatically performs the programme-dependent steps. For detailed programme sequences, refer to the comprehensive user manual.
Pausing programme
Briefly press the Start/Stop button [D] to pause a programme. A beep sounds and the time display flashes. To continue the programme, briefly press the Start/Stop button [D] again.
Ending programme
Press the Start/Stop button [D] for approximately 3 seconds to end a programme. A longer beep sounds.
End of the baking process
After the baking process is complete, 10 beeps sound and 0:00 is indicated on the display as the time.
Switching off the automatic bread maker
To switch off the automatic bread maker, switch off the main switch [5].
