Description

The ELG-300 series is a 300W LED driver featuring constant current and constant voltage mode design. It operates from 100~305VAC and offers CV or CC mode applications. With high efficiency up to 94% and a fanless design, it can operate in ambient temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃ (case temperature). The metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level make this series suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Its innovative environment-adaptive capability ensures reliable LED lighting in various application environments, providing optimal design flexibility for LED lighting systems.

Driving Methods of LED Module

This series can operate in either Constant Current mode (direct drive) or Constant Voltage mode (typically with an additional DC/DC driver) to drive LEDs.

The graph shows the relationship between output voltage (Vo), output current (Io), and protection modes (Constant Voltage area, Constant Current area, Hiccup Protection). In the constant current region, the output voltage depends on the end system's configuration. For compatibility issues, contact MEAN WELL.
