Electrical Connection and Safety

WARNING: Electrical connection must be done by a licensed professional or qualified electrician, following this manual and installation standards.

WARNING: THE UNIT MUST BE EARTHED.

  • Before connecting, verify the unit's nominal voltage (on the nameplate) matches the power supply voltage. The power cable must support the unit's rated power.
  • Use properly insulated cables. Incorrect connections can damage the unit. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person.
  • Do not use adapters, multi-sockets, or extension cables.
  • Keep the power cable away from hot parts; do not kink or crush it to prevent damage and short circuits.
  • If not connected via a socket, install a multi-pole isolator switch (min. 3 mm contact spacing) according to safety regulations.
  • This unit is designed for 220-240V. Contact a professional if your supply differs.
  • The power cable (H05VV-F) must be long enough to reach the unit even if it's in front of the cabinet.
  • Ensure all connections are tight.
  • Secure the power cable to the terminal block and close the cover.

Using the Unit

Oven Controls

  • Function knob: Turn to select the desired function. Refer to "Oven functions" for details.
  • Oven thermostat knob: Turn to set the temperature after selecting a function. The thermostat indicator lights up when heating or maintaining temperature.

Oven Functions

  • Oven light: Illuminates the oven interior during cooking.
  • Defrost function: Activates warning lights and fan. Place frozen food on the third level. Use a drip pan to collect meltwater. This function speeds up defrosting without cooking.
  • Natural convection function: Activates thermostat indicator, oven light, and upper/lower heating elements. Provides even heat distribution, ideal for pastries, cakes, pasta bakes, lasagna, and pizzas. Preheating for 10 minutes is recommended. Use one rack level at a time.
  • Fan function: Activates thermostat indicator, warning lights, upper/lower heating elements, and fan. Suitable for baking pastries. The fan circulates air for even cooking, giving a slightly grilled appearance. Preheating for approximately 10 minutes is recommended.
  • Fan-assisted bottom heat function: Activates thermostat indicator, warning lights, lower heating element, and fan. Suitable for evenly cooking items like pizzas quickly. The fan distributes heat, and the lower element cooks the food. Preheating for approximately 10 minutes is recommended.
  • Grill function: Activates thermostat indicator, oven light, and grill heating element. Used for grilling and toasting food on upper levels. Lightly grease the wire rack to prevent sticking. Place food in the middle of the rack. Always use a drip pan below the rack. Preheating for approximately 10 minutes is recommended. WARNING: When grilling, keep the oven door closed and set the temperature to 190°C.
  • Express grill function: Activates thermostat indicator, warning lights, grill, and upper heating elements. Recommended for faster grilling over a larger surface area (e.g., meats). Use the upper level. Lightly grease the wire rack. Place food in the middle of the rack. Always use a drip pan. Preheating for approximately 10 minutes is recommended. WARNING: When grilling, keep the oven door closed and set the temperature to 190°C.
  • Fan-assisted double grill function: Activates thermostat indicator, warning lights, grill, upper heating elements, and fan. Recommended for grilling thicker foods faster and over a larger surface area. Upper elements and grill work simultaneously with the fan for uniform cooking. Use the upper level. Lightly grease the wire rack. Place food in the middle of the rack. Always use a drip pan. Preheating for approximately 10 minutes is recommended. WARNING: When grilling, keep the oven door closed and set the temperature to 190°C.

Water Collector

Condensation may form on the inner glass, depending on the food.

  • This is not a malfunction.
  • Open the oven door to the grill level and leave it open for 20 seconds to allow water to flow into the collector. [Diagram showing water flow into collector]
  • Let the oven cool and clean with a dry cloth. Perform this procedure regularly.

Cleaning and Maintenance

General Cleaning

WARNING: Turn off and cool the unit before cleaning.

  • Check cleaning product suitability and recommendations from the manufacturer.
  • Use cream or liquid cleaners without particles. Avoid caustic creams, abrasive powders, wire wool, or harsh utensils, as they can damage surfaces.
  • NOTE: Particle-containing cleaners can scratch glass and enamelled/painted parts.
  • Clean spills immediately to prevent damage.
  • NOTE: Do not use steam cleaners.

Cleaning the Inside of the Oven

  • The best time to clean enamelled surfaces is when the oven is slightly warm.
  • After each use, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water, then wipe again with a damp cloth, and dry.
  • A liquid cleaning product may occasionally be needed for a thorough clean.

Catalysis Cleaning

Catalytic walls (light-coloured matte panels on sides/back) collect grease and oil residue during cooking. They are designed for approximately 300 hours of use.

  • The liner self-cleans by absorbing and burning off grease splashes. Ashes are easily removed from the oven floor. The liner must remain porous for effectiveness; it may discolour over time.
  • If excessive grease accumulates, set the oven to maximum temperature for 10-20 minutes. After cooling, clean the oven floor.
  • Do not clean catalytic walls by hand, as abrasive materials can cause damage. Avoid cleaning sprays. Excessive grease buildup reduces efficiency. Clean excess grease with a soft cloth or sponge dipped in water, then run the cleaning cycle.

Cleaning Glass Parts

  • Clean glass parts regularly.
  • Use a glass cleaner for interior and exterior surfaces. Rinse and dry with a dry cloth.

Cleaning Stainless Steel Parts (if applicable)

  • Clean stainless steel parts regularly.
  • Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with pure water. Rinse and dry with a dry cloth.
  • NOTE: Do not clean stainless steel parts while hot. Avoid prolonged contact of vinegar, coffee, milk, salt, water, lemon juice, or tomato juice on these surfaces.

Removing the Oven Door

To clean the oven door glass, remove the internal glass:

  1. Open the oven door.
  2. Open the saddle bracket (a) using a screwdriver until it stops. [Diagram showing saddle bracket opening]
  3. Close the door until almost fully closed, then pull it towards you to remove it. [Diagram showing door removal]

WARNING: Maintenance must be performed by authorized personnel or a qualified technician.

Replacing the Oven Light

WARNING: Turn off and cool the unit before cleaning.

  • Remove the glass lens cover, then the bulb.
  • Insert a new bulb (230V, 15-25W, Type E14, 300°C resistant).
  • Replace the glass lens cover.
  • The product contains a G-rated energy efficiency light source.
  • The light source is not user-replaceable; after-sales service is required.
  • The included light source is not for other applications. [Icon indicating professional replacement]
  • NOTE: The light is designed exclusively for home cooking appliances, not room lighting.

Troubleshooting

NOTE: If problems persist after basic troubleshooting, contact an authorized professional or technician.

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
