Charger Mounting Stand

Introduction

This guide is intended for use by competent electrical installers to explain basic requirements and options to be considered when installing a Sync Energy Charger and its associated accessories.

The mounting stand is designed for use on pre-poured concrete or other similar solid mounting surfaces. Suitable for use with the Sync Energy EVS7G/EVT77G Charger points.

Installation Steps

  1. Isolate power before opening any enclosures.

  2. Suggested plinth size: 350mm x 350mm x 250mm. Ensure the cable is central to the mounting plinth.

  3. Use the included mounting template for drilling mounting holes.

  4. Remove the cable access plate to thread the cable through the stand.

  5. Ensure ground bolts are secure.

  6. Refit the cable access plate.

  7. Fit the Charger to the stand with the included bolts and fit the screw covers. Continue installation as per the Charger installation guide.
