Suggested Equipment

- Bar Clamps or Tape
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
Preparation
- Cut the panel to the dimensions shown in the diagrams, including the slots for hinge clearance.
- If applying stain or finish, follow the product's instructions. Consider finishing both sides of the panel to prevent warping. In some frame installations, the panel may be visible through the glass while the door is open.
- Install the desired handle, ensuring the screws sit flush with the back face of the panel.
Installation Instructions
- Fully open the appliance door.
- Starting at a corner, pull the gasket away from the door. (Refer to Figure A for gasket removal).
- Continue to pull the gasket free from the gasket channel.
- Lay the removed gasket down on a flat surface.
- Secure the integrated panel to the door using clamps. Bar clamps are recommended for securing the panel to the door. Robust tape may also be used. If using tape, ensure it will not damage the panel finish upon removal. (Refer to Figure B for panel securing).
- Using a 7/64 inch (3mm) drill bit, drill 6 pilot holes into the wood panel. Each hole should be 1/2 inch (12mm) deep, using the holes in the door frame as a guide.
- Notice: It is important to ensure that all drill holes are drilled to the correct depth to avoid splits in the wood when hardwood is installed.
- Locate 6 of the ST4x 25mm screws provided with your unit.
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, place one screw into each of the 6 pilot holes and screw down. Do not overtighten the screws. (Refer to Figure C for screw placement).
- Ensure the screws sit flush against the bottom of the channel. Remove the clamps from the door.
- Notice: If the panel requires additional adjustment after removing the clamps, slightly loosen each screw and adjust the panel as necessary. Tighten screws upon completion.
- Starting at the corners, re-install the gasket into the gasket channel in the frame. Make sure the gasket is fully seated.
