If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, Kingston will refund the product's current value or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or issue a credit. Proof of purchase, including date, place of purchase, product description, and price, is required.

Warranty Coverage and Limitations

Kingston is not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of content or data, nor for any costs associated with product removal, inspection, or installation. Third-party software, peripheral devices, or stored data are not covered. Consequently, Kingston is not liable for any substantial or consequential loss or damage to third-party software, peripherals, or stored data. Kingston's sole and maximum obligation is to repair or replace the hardware, or at Kingston's discretion, to issue a refund.

Product Lifetime Warranty:
The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty for their product lifetime:
- Memory Modules: ValueRAM®, HyperX®, Kingston FURY®, Server Premier, Retail Memory, Kingston System Specific Memory.
- Flash Memory Cards: Secure Digital, Secure Digital HC and XC (excluding industrial heat/durability cards), CompactFlash, MultiMediaCard, Flash Adapters.
Product Lifetime is defined as the normal period of use for the product. Regional definitions may apply. For Russia, the warranty period is 10 years from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer.
5-Year Warranty:
The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty for five years from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer:

Kingston Design-In DRAM Module products are warranted for five years from the date of purchase by the original customer for Design-In. These products are manufactured using semiconductor components rated for commercial temperature grades and are not intended for use in enterprise/server platforms or environments exceeding these temperature grades. Use under such conditions voids the product warranty. Kingston provides warranty service only to the original customer who integrates these modules into their devices. Downstream end-customer service and support are the responsibility of the original Design-In customer.
5-Year or SSD Product Lifetime Warranty (whichever occurs first):
The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty based on the occurrence of either of the following events:
- Five years have passed since the date of purchase by the original end-user customer.
- The usage of a SATA SSD has reached the normalized value of 1, as measured by Kingston's SMART attribute 231 'SSD Wear Indicator' function, reported by Kingston SSD Manager (KSM).
- The usage of an NVMe SSD has exceeded the normalized value of 100 for 'Percentage Used', which represents Kingston's functional health measurement, as reported by KSM.
KSM is detailed in the product's datasheet and available on the Kingston website (kingston.com/SSDmanager). For SATA SSDs, the wear indicator value is 100 for new, unused products, and 1 for products that have reached the warranty limit. For NVMe SSDs, the Percentage Used is 0 for new, unused products, and 100 or more for products that have reached the warranty limit.
