Handle Your Device with Care

Do not drop, bend, or puncture your device. Avoid inserting foreign objects or placing heavy items on it, as sensitive components may be damaged. The screen is made of glass and can break if dropped on a hard surface, subjected to high impact, or crushed. If the screen chips or cracks, do not touch the broken glass or attempt to remove it. Stop using the device immediately and contact Lenovo technical support for repair or replacement.

Keep the device away from hot or high-voltage environments, such as electrical appliances. Use the device within the temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F) (storage: -20°C (-4°F) to 60°C (140°F)) to prevent damage. Do not expose the device to water, rain, extreme humidity, sweat, or other liquids.

Do Not Disassemble or Modify Your Device

The device is sealed and has no user-serviceable parts. All internal repairs must be performed by a Lenovo-authorized repair facility or technician. Attempting to open or modify the device will void the warranty.

Built-in Rechargeable Battery Notice

Do not attempt to replace the internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery, as it poses a risk of explosion if replaced with an incorrect type. Contact Lenovo Support for replacement.

Plastic Bag Notice

DANGER: Plastic bags can be dangerous. Keep them away from babies and children to prevent suffocation.

Adapter Information

  • Prevent your device and AC adapter from getting wet. Do not immerse the device in water or leave it where it might contact water or other liquids.
  • Use only approved charging methods. Use standard Lenovo power adapters; third-party adapters may affect charging speed and cause damage.
  • Connect a standard power adapter to a suitable power outlet.
  • Use a standard data cable to connect the device to a PC or a compatible device (USB 2.0 or higher).

Charging devices may become warm during normal use. Ensure adequate ventilation. Unplug the charging device if:

  • It has been exposed to rain, liquid, or excessive moisture.
  • It shows signs of physical damage.
  • You are cleaning it.

Warning: Lenovo is not responsible for the performance or safety of products not manufactured or approved by Lenovo. Use only approved Lenovo AC adapters and batteries. Always plug your charger into an easily accessible electrical outlet and unplug it when not in use.

Caution About High Volume Usage

Warning: Exposure to loud noise for extended periods can affect hearing. To protect your hearing:

  • Limit time using headsets/headphones at high volume.
  • Avoid turning up the volume to block out noisy surroundings.
  • Turn the volume down if you cannot hear people speaking near you.

If you experience hearing discomfort (pressure, fullness, ringing, muffled speech), stop listening and have your hearing checked. To prevent hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

Safety Instructions for Parents and Adult Supervisors

Your mobile device is not a toy. It is not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Observe precautions for electrical products to reduce the risk of electric shock. If children aged 3 or older use the device, caution them about potential hazards. Parents should periodically inspect the mobile device (including adapter and small parts) for damage and ensure it is working properly and safely.

Take Care When Using Your Device in a Motor Vehicle or on a Bicycle

Prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Follow local laws and regulations regarding the use of mobile electronic devices while driving or cycling.

Dispose According to Local Laws and Regulations

When the device reaches the end of its product life, do not crush, incinerate, or immerse it in water. Dispose of it according to local laws. Some internal parts contain substances that can explode, leak, or have adverse environmental effects if disposed of incorrectly. Refer to "Recycling and environmental information" for details.

Keep Your Device and Accessories Away From Small Children

The device may contain small parts that are a choking hazard. The glass screen can break or crack if dropped or thrown against a hard surface.

Protect Your Data and Software

Do not delete unknown files or change file/directory names, as this may cause software failure. Be aware that accessing network resources can make your device vulnerable to viruses, hackers, and spyware. Ensure you have adequate protection (firewalls, antivirus, anti-spyware) and keep it updated. Keep electrical appliances away from your device, as strong magnetic fields can damage the screen and data.

Be Aware of Heat Generated by Your Device

When the device is on or charging, parts may become hot depending on system activity and battery charge. Extended contact with skin could cause discomfort or burns. Avoid prolonged contact with hot sections of the device.
