Meross App Download

To download the Meross app, use one of the following options:

• App Store (for iOS devices)
• Google Play (for Android devices)
• Amazon Appstore

Visuals include icons for the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore, alongside a QR code for app download.

Installation Guide

• Download the Meross app from the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore.
• Follow the step-by-step instructions in the app to complete the setup process.
• Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as this device does not support 5GHz networks.
• Keep the device within a stable Wi-Fi range during setup to prevent connection issues.

Safety Information

• This device is designed for indoor use only, except for specific outdoor models. Use it in a dry location to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
• Always use the specified power source as indicated in the product specifications. Using an incorrect power supply may damage the device.
• Ensure the device is firmly plugged in and positioned securely. Keep it out of reach of children to prevent accidental tampering.
• Do not use the device in areas where wireless communication is restricted, such as sensitive environments or locations with radio interference regulations.
• Avoid repeatedly plugging and unplugging the device, as this may lead to premature wear on the power connection.
• Do not cover the device while it is operating, as this may cause overheating or disrupt normal function.
• The device has no power output when unplugged. Ensure it remains connected if continuous operation is required.
• The power socket supplying the device should be installed near the unit and remain easily accessible for convenience and safety.
• This device is not suitable for locations where temperatures may drop significantly, such as unheated warehouses, garages, or outdoor sheds. Extreme cold may affect performance.
• Keep the device away from heat sources such as stoves, radiators, or direct sunlight, as excessive heat can damage internal components.
• Avoid exposing the device to mechanical shocks, including crushing, bending, puncturing, or dropping. Placing heavy objects on the device may cause damage.
• If visible damage is observed, or if the device has been modified, do not attempt to use it. Contact customer support for assistance.
• Do not attempt to disassemble, open, microwave, incinerate, paint, or insert foreign objects into the device, as this may cause permanent damage and void the warranty.
• Tampering with the device or attempting self-repair will void all warranties and support services. If any issues arise, disconnect the device and contact customer support for guidance.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, ensure that no liquids enter the device through openings. Avoid placing it in humid environments.
• Unplug the device during lightning storms or when it will remain unused for an extended period to prevent potential electrical damage.

Operating Frequency

There are no restrictions on the use of radio frequencies or frequency bands in all EU member states, EFTA countries, Northern Ireland, and Great Britain.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly. You must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
