Replacement Steps
Step 1: Loosen Collar Clamp and Remove T-bar
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolts from the collar clamp and remove the T-bar from the front fork.

Step 2: Loosen Brake Cable Bolt
Using a 4 mm Allen wrench and an 8 mm wrench, loosen the bolt that holds the brake cable.

Step 3: Remove End Cap, Brake Cable, and Spring
Using long needle pliers, remove the end cap from the brake cable and save it for later. Then, pull out the brake cable and spring.

Step 4: Remove Limiter Bolt Cover

Step 5: Loosen and Remove Headset Bearing Lock Nut
Using a 32 mm wrench or a large adjustable wrench, loosen the headset bearing lock nut and remove it.

Step 6: Loosen and Remove Limiter Bolt, Slide Fork Down

Reverse Procedures
- Replace the limiter bolt.
- Replace the headset bearing lock nut.
- Replace the limiter bolt cover.
- Replace the end cap and reinstall the brake cable and spring.
- Re-tighten the bolt that holds the brake cable.
