- A. Phillips screwdriver
- B. Blade or knife
- C. 3 mm Allen wrench
- D. 5 mm Allen wrench
- E. Small flat screwdriver

Replacement Steps
Step 1: Remove Controller Cover
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove four (4) screws from the controller cover located under the deck.

Step 2: Disconnect Motor Connectors
Locate and disconnect two (2) motor connectors from the controller.

Step 3: Disconnect Brake Cable
Disconnect the brake cable from the controller.

Step 4: Cut Grip Tape
Using a blade or knife, cut the grip tape as shown in the picture. Peel the grip tape to the side.

Step 5: Remove Brake Fender Screws
Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, remove two (2) screws from the brake fender.

Step 6: Remove Wheel Bolts
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, remove the bolts that hold the wheel in place.

Step 7: Remove Grommet
Using a small flat screwdriver, remove the grommet at the back from inside the controller compartment.

Step 8: Remove Rear Wheel and Fender
Once the grommet is removed, slide the rear wheel and fender off the unit. Be careful not to pinch the wires.

Step 9: Reverse Steps
Reverse the steps to reassemble the scooter.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 10 hours before using.
