Safety Information
CAUTION: Use care when assembling the vanity, take your time and follow the assembly instructions closely.
WARNING: Some steps are more easily handled with 2 adults.
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product.
KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Preparation
Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts are present by comparing them with the package contents and hardware lists. Do not attempt to assemble if any part is missing or damaged.
Estimated Installation Time: 45 minutes (24 hours for silicone caulk to dry).
Tools Required for Installation (not included): Phillips screwdriver, utility knife or scissors, silicone caulk, power drill with drill bit, measuring tape, level.
Installation Instructions
-
With 2 people, place the vanity on its back on a flat, scratch-free surface. Locate the Center Support Leg (L) and screw it into the base of the vanity. Lift the vanity upright.
Note: Clean the area where the vanity will be permanently located, ensuring it does not interfere with water supply and drain lines.
A diagram shows step 1, illustrating the vanity base with the center support leg being attached.
-
With two people, carefully place the vanity against the wall in its final location. Find and mark the locations of wall studs behind the vanity. Drill holes through the vanity mounting area into the wall studs. Using appropriate mounting hardware (not included), secure the vanity to the wall studs. For increased stability, secure to two wall studs if possible.
WARNING: Vanity MUST be secured to the wall.
Note: Use the preassembled levelers on the feet of the vanity to level it. Turning levelers counterclockwise raises the vanity; clockwise lowers it.
A diagram shows step 2, illustrating the vanity being secured to wall studs.
-
Remove the top (B) and backsplash (C) and place them face down on a scratch-free surface, such as the packaging foam.
Diagrams illustrate removing the top and backsplash from protective foam.
-
Apply silicone caulk to the top edge of the sink (D). With help from another adult, lower the sink onto the back side of the stone top. Ensure the sink's overflow hole faces the front. Align the sink with the stone top cutout, ensuring equal overhang on all sides. Repeat for the remaining sink.
Note: Ensure the "BACK" stamps on the sink and top are aligned. Use guide lines for sink placement.
A diagram shows step 4, illustrating sink placement and alignment on the stone top.
-
Screw bolts (AA) into the threaded holes of the stone top (B).
Diagrams show hardware AA (Bolt) and its quantity (x8).
-
Lower the sink brackets (BB) over the bolts (AA) and onto the sink lip. Adjust the bracket to firmly grasp the sink lip. Place lock washers (DD) over bolts (AA) and secure with nuts (CC). Hand-tighten nuts (CC) with the wrench (EE). DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
Tip: Check sink centering before caulk dries. If not centered, unscrew clamps, readjust, and retighten.
Diagrams show hardware BB (Sink bracket), CC (Nut), DD (Lock Washer), EE (Wrench) and their quantities.
-
Helpful tip: Install faucet (not included) before securing the vanity top to the vanity base.
Apply silicone caulk to the top edge of the wood cabinet. With help from another adult, gently lower the stone top with the assembled sink onto the cabinet. Ensure the stone top is flush with the back of the cabinet and has equal overhang on both sides. Remove excess caulk.
A diagram shows step 7, illustrating the placement of the assembled top onto the vanity base.
-
Apply silicone caulk to the unpolished side and bottom of the backsplash (C). Position the backsplash on the top (B) and against the wall. Clean any excess caulk.
A diagram shows step 8, illustrating backsplash placement.
-
To adjust doors: Loosen screws (a) to adjust up/down, turn screws (b) to adjust left/right, loosen screws (c) to adjust in/out. Retighten screws after adjustment.
Diagrams illustrate door adjustment screws (a, b, c).
-
To remove drawers: Extend drawers fully. Push the plastic levers on both sides of the metal glide tracks simultaneously to disengage the drawer box. Lift the drawer box gently to remove it from the glides. Set aside for re-installation.
Diagrams illustrate drawer removal steps.
-
To re-install drawers: Extend metal glide tracks. Gently lower and slide the drawer box into the rear glide catch, then lower it onto the extended glides. Push plastic levers to lock the drawer box in place. Repeat for remaining drawers.
Note: To adjust drawer box height, spin the adjustment wheel. Left raises, right lowers. Adjust left and right side glide heights independently.
CAUTION: DO NOT force drawers or damage glides. If a drawer does not slide easily, remove and try again.
Assembly is complete. Install faucet and drain assemblies as per their manufacturer's instructions.
Diagrams illustrate drawer re-installation and adjustment.
