Product Overview
The Sena 10S is a motorcycle Bluetooth headset designed for communication and entertainment on the road.
Charging
Red LED: Charging
Blue LED: Fully charged
Power On/Off
Press and hold the Jog Dial and Phone Button for 1 second to turn the device on or off.
Volume Adjustment
Increase or decrease the volume by rotating the Jog Dial clockwise or counterclockwise.
Battery Check
Power On
The battery status is indicated by LEDs:
- 70-100%: Four segments illuminated
- 30-70%: Two segments illuminated
- 0-30%: One segment illuminated
Phone, Music Pairing
Initial Pairing: The headset automatically enters pairing mode when first turned on or after a factory reset.
- Press and hold the Jog Dial and Phone Button for 1 second.
- On your mobile phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select the headset.
- Enter '0000' for the PIN if prompted.
Music Operation
Play/Pause Music: Press and hold the Jog Dial for 1 second.
Track Forward/Back: Rotate the Jog Dial clockwise or counterclockwise while pressing it.
Mobile Phone Call Making and Answering
- Answering a call: Tap the Phone Button.
- Ending a call: Tap the Phone Button.
- Voice Dial: Tap the Phone Button.
- Speed Dial: Double tap the Phone Button.
- Rejecting a call: Press and hold the Jog Dial for 2 seconds.
Intercom
Intercom Pairing:
- Press and hold the Jog Dial of two headsets for 5 seconds until the red LEDs flash rapidly.
- Tap the Jog Dial of either headset to connect.
Intercom Start/End: Tap the Jog Dial.
Setting
Configuration Menu: Press the Jog Dial for 10 seconds to access the configuration menu.
Using the Sena Device Manager: Connect the headset to your computer via USB, launch the Sena Device Manager, and navigate to DEVICE SETTING to configure headset settings. Refer to the package leaflet for download details.
Troubleshooting
Factory Reset: To restore default settings, press and hold the Phone Button for 10 seconds and then tap the Jog Dial. The headset will reset and turn off.

FCC Compliance Statement

Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. The antenna must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures.
