How to Install

The airwasher should be installed on a strong, flat surface with good air circulation. Facing the unit towards the center of the room can create more effective airflow.

How to Supply Water:

  1. Use clean tap water daily.
  2. Open the cap of the water tank and remove the water tank from the body.
  3. Open the cap of the water tank and fill it with tap water.
  4. Close the cap of the water tank securely.
  5. Insert the water tank back into the body frame, ensuring it is correctly oriented. Close the water tank cover.

Use tap water below 40°C. Do not use water containing chemical agents, dirty water, or detergent, as this can cause deformity and errors.

Mode Selection

Press the Mode button to cycle through the following modes: Sleep, Baby, Artificial Intelligence, Health Protection, and Manual. You can return to Manual Mode by pressing the Humidity and Mode buttons.

If current humidity is higher than the set level, humidifying may stop, and the fan may operate at 'Weak' speed.

Rapid Humidity (Warm)

Use the Rapid Humidity button when you want to increase humidity quickly. This function can double the humidity output for a faster environmental improvement.

Reserving Time

Notice: Reserving Time can be operated in all modes. Changing modes cancels the reservation. Press the reserving time button to set the desired operation time. Cycle through settings: Continuous (Co), 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 hours, and back to Continuous (Co).

When the set time is reached, the unit stops automatically and enters standby mode with the power LED on. If the water runs out, the 'No Water' indicator will light up with a melody, and humidification will stop.

The LED indicators on the operation part and the humidity display part show the current room humidity.

How to Clean

Important: Always pull the plug out before cleaning. Regular cleaning is essential to maintain performance and prevent odors.

How to Clean Up

Clean water tank part twice a week: If water is left in the tank after use, it can change color or develop odors.

  1. Remove the cover of the water tank.
  2. Remove the water tank.
  3. Pull the water tank out.
  4. Remove the water bassin part.
  5. Dump the water in the water bassin after removing the humidifying filter (Rotor) and Nano-Zilver filter.
  6. Wash the Nano-Zilver filter with flowing water.
  7. Clean the water bassin part with a soft sponge and reassemble in reverse order.

Installing Parts:

When removing the water tank, do not tilt it to avoid water overflow and potential electric shock or fire hazards.

Clean the Humidification Filter (Rotor)

Clean the humidification filter (Rotor) 2-3 times per week. Water moss may gather depending on water quality.

Notice: Do not use benzene, thinner, alkaline detergent, or powdered detergent. Refer to page 20 for removing the filter.

  1. Disassemble the humidifying filter (Rotor).
  2. Wipe it with a soft sponge after soaking it in water.
  3. For stubborn stains: Soak the filter in tepid water (under 40°C) with dissolved neutral detergent for 3 hours, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not boil or wash in boiling water, as it can deform the product.
  4. For water scum: Wash the filter with citric acid. Mix approximately 30g of citric acid with 1.5 liters of warm water.
  5. Assemble the humidifying filter (Rotor).
  6. After installing the filter into the water bassin, install the water tank and water tank cover into the body frame. Ensure the filter is correctly seated in its groove.

If you suspect an error after checking the following, stop using the product immediately, unplug it, and contact customer service to prevent accidents. Do not attempt self-repair.

Warranty:

Clean Air Optima ensures your airwasher against defects in materials and/or workmanship for up to two years after the initial purchase. If material or manufacturing faults occur, they will be resolved by Clean Air Optima, or Clean Air Optima will provide a replacement device with the same or better properties.

The guarantee covers any damage caused by carelessness in handling, accident, abuse, lack of cleaning and maintenance, or other use not compatible with the information in these instructions. General commercial law also applies.

We recommend returning the instrument in case of failure, along with the original sales receipt and a brief description of the defect found. Contact your supplier, or if not possible, contact Clean Air Optima.

If the defect is not due to material and/or workmanship, processing or repair costs will be billed.
