Getting Started

Charging Your Smartwatch

Ensure the battery is in a normal state for first use. If the power does not turn on properly, connect the device to a charger. The watch is powered by USB +5V via magnetic charging. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. After a full charge, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to turn on the smartwatch.

App Installation

To connect your smartwatch to your phone and access more features, you need to download the "Transfer Coil App" (also referred to as "Transfer Mold app").

Note for Android Users: Android phones need to allow apps to run in the background. Ensure all notification permissions, including contact information access, are granted to the app in your phone's settings.

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair your watch with your smartphone:

  1. Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your phone.
  2. Open the Transfer Coil App and set up your personal information.
  3. Navigate to "Devices" and tap "Add Device".
  4. Select "QW33" from the search list.
  5. Once pairing is complete, you can customize and use the watch's features.

Audio Pairing (QW33Audio): After connecting the smartwatch "QW33" on an Android phone, a prompt may appear to connect with "QW33Audio" for calls and music. For Apple phones, dual Bluetooth connection might be combined into a single "QW33Audio" entry in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Ensure "QW33Audio" is enabled to transmit all phone audio to the watch for call and music functions.
