The battery is integrated and cannot be removed. Do not open or operate if damaged. Do not attempt self-service or repair; use qualified experts. Do not drop or expose to major shocks. Do not modify the product; this voids the warranty. Dispose of packaging material according to regulations. Do not incinerate the battery or product. Do not tamper with, damage, heat, or disassemble batteries. Do not allow distraction by the product while driving or using sports equipment; maintain awareness of traffic and surroundings. Consult a doctor before starting an exercise program. Be aware of your body's response during exercise and consult a doctor in an emergency. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition. Warning - Rechargeable Battery

5. Getting Started
Note: Instructions are based on Hama FIT move app v1.5.4 and smartwatch firmware v1.01.00. Updates may cause deviations.
5.1 Charging
- Charge the smartwatch fully before first use.
- Connect the charging cable to a USB port (computer or charger) and the charging contact [5] on the smartwatch. Refer to the USB charger's instructions.
Note ⓘ A full charge takes approximately 150 minutes. Disconnect when the battery indicator shows full. Charge when the battery level drops to 10% to avoid functional restrictions.
5.2 Putting on and Switching On
- Before first use, connect the smartwatch to a power source via the charging cable.
- After charging, wear the smartwatch and close the watchstrap [3] with the fastener [4].
- Press and hold the control button [1] for 3 seconds to start the smartwatch.

Note ⓘ For optimal measurement, fit the smartwatch snugly but comfortably on the top side of the forearm, about one finger-width above the wristbone. Wear on the left wrist if right-handed, and right wrist if left-handed, for best activity recording.
5.3 Switching Off
To switch off, open the [SETTINGS] menu, navigate to the [GENERAL] submenu, and tap [TURN OFF]. Confirm the prompt.
6. Setting Up the Smartwatch
Install the "Hama FIT move" app for full functionality.
6.1 Downloading the "Hama FIT move" app
Note ⓘ Supported operating systems: iOS 9.0 or higher, Android 6.0 or higher.
After first switching on, the smartwatch prompts you to download the "Hama FIT move" app. Scan the QR code displayed on the smartwatch or download from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).

6.2 Pairing the Smartwatch and Smartphone
Note ⓘ Activate push mode for notifications (calls, messages) in smartphone settings. Grant app permissions for full smartwatch functionality. Start the app, agree to privacy, answer questions.
Create a user account for optimal experience and data access across devices (not mandatory). To register, tap [LOG IN], then [REGISTER NOW], enter email/password, tap [NEXT STEP]. Enter verification code (check spam folder). After successful registration, enter username, personal data, and profile picture. Tap [NEXT STEP].
The smartwatch search begins. Follow app instructions to connect. Your smartphone will establish a Bluetooth connection.

Select "Smartwatch 6010" and tap [PAIR THE DEVICE]. Tap the [ symbol in the app to confirm and complete setup. If a timeout occurs, repeat the process.
Define personal settings in the app (can be adapted later). Your smartwatch is now linked, and synchronization begins.
Note ⓘ Synchronize before first use; unsynchronized activities may not transfer. Manually sync by dragging down on the app home page. Synchronize weekly to prevent data loss due to limited smartwatch storage.
Note ⓘ After the first sync, the smartwatch automatically adopts time, date, and language from your smartphone. These cannot be set manually. Display language is set via the app; it defaults to English during setup. The app will alert you to firmware updates.
7. Operating the Smartwatch
This section covers operation and menu structure. The smartwatch has a touchscreen.
- Navigate menus and execute functions by tapping symbols/menus or swiping.
- Press the control button [1] to activate the display. Swipe to switch between views and menu options.
- Access submenus by tapping their symbols.
- Press the control button [1] to open the main menu or return to the home screen.
- Press and hold the control button [1] to restart or turn off the smartwatch.

7.1 Notes on Operation
Note: "Workout" Application
Outdoor activities may use integrated GPS. GPS signal search begins upon starting an activity. You can start without GPS, but some data may not be recorded. GPS signal detection can take several minutes, especially on first use, after long periods of disuse, or in new locations. Linking to the app for A-GPS data transfer can shorten this time.
Only Smartwatch 6010 has integrated GPS and supports GNSS (GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU).
Note: "Language Assistant" Application
The language assistant feature allows access to smartphone assistants via the [◉] symbol, requiring a Bluetooth connection. Communication is audible only. Compatibility may vary by manufacturer and OS; contact your smartphone manufacturer for issues. Software updates may resolve problems.
For optimal use:
- Google Assistant (Android): Set as default assistant and permit use in locked state.
- Apple Siri (iOS): Activate Siri and permit use in locked state.
8. Maintenance and Care
Clean the product with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
