Aircraft
The DJI Matrice 350 RTK (M350 RTK) is a powerful industrial aircraft platform featuring an advanced flight controller system, six directional sensing and positioning systems, and a night vision FPV camera. The M350 RTK supports DJI CSM Radar and is compatible with DJI DGC2.0 connector gimbals, up to three independent gimbals, and several SDK expansion ports. High accuracy Surveying and Mapping is available when used with the DJI Zenmuse L1/P1. AI Spot Check and PinPoint can be used with the DJI Zenmuse H20 series.

Remote Controller
The DJI RC Plus remote controller features O3 Enterprise, the latest version of DJI's OCUSYNC image transmission technology. It can transmit a live HD view from the aircraft's camera to the touchscreen. The controller includes numerous functional and customizable buttons for easy aircraft control and camera operation. The built-in 7.02-inch high-bright screen has a 1920x1200 pixel resolution. The Android operating system supports GNSS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The remote controller offers a maximum operating time of 3 hours and 18 minutes with its internal battery, or up to 6 hours with an external WB37 Intelligent Battery.

Using the M350 RTK
1. Charging the Batteries
Connect the BS65 Intelligent Battery Station to a power outlet using the AC power cable and press the power button. Connect the battery station and the remote controller via USB-C cable for activation and charging. Insert TB65 and WB37 batteries into their respective ports to charge. TB65 batteries can be set to Storage, Ready-to-Fly, or Standard charging modes.
2. Preparing the Remote Controller
To mount the WB37 Intelligent Battery, open the rear cover, insert the battery until it clicks, and then close the cover. Check the internal battery level by pressing the power button once when the controller is off. Press and hold the power button to turn the controller on or off. Ensure the remote controller is activated before first use. Adjust the external antennas for optimal signal strength.
3. Preparing the Aircraft
Install the landing gear by aligning red marks and securing the gear lock. Unfold the aircraft's frame arms and propellers. Install the gimbal camera by connecting it to the DJI Gimbal Connector v2.0. Insert a pair of Intelligent Flight Batteries and lock the battery release toggle. Check battery level by pressing the battery level button once. Press and hold the power button to turn the aircraft on or off.
4. Flight
Power on the remote controller and aircraft, then launch the DJI Pilot 2 app. Activate the aircraft within DJI Pilot 2 using an internet connection. If purchased as a combo, the remote controller is pre-linked. Otherwise, follow on-screen instructions to link them. Complete the Pre-Flight Checklist before takeoff.
Pre-Flight Checklist
- Ensure remote controller and aircraft batteries are fully charged, TB65 batteries are securely installed, and battery release toggles are locked.
- Verify propellers are securely mounted, undamaged, and unfolded. Ensure motors are clear of debris, and frame arms are locked.
- Confirm vision system lenses, cameras, infrared sensor glass, and auxiliary lights are clean and unobstructed.
- Adjust remote controller antennas to the proper position.
- Place the aircraft on open, flat ground, at least 5 meters away from the pilot, with no nearby obstacles. The pilot should face the rear of the aircraft.
- Access the camera view in DJI Pilot 2 to check pre-flight parameters for safety.
- Coordinate airspace usage if multiple aircraft are operating simultaneously to prevent collisions.
Manual Takeoff/Landing
To start/stop motors, perform the Combination Stick Command (CSC) and hold for two seconds. To take off, slowly push the left control stick (Mode 2) up. To land, slowly push the left control stick (Mode 2) down until the aircraft lands, then hold for three seconds to stop the motors.
