Dead Level® BK Pre-Sloped Polypropylene Trench Drain System

Specification
Watts Dead Level® BK Pre-Sloped Trench Drain System features a 6" wide x 48" long (standard) ductile iron frame and UV-stabilized, talc-filled polypropylene channels. It includes integral 4" no-hub bottom or end outlets. The system is frame-anchored and equipped with heavy-gauge stainless steel brickslot grating. Frame connectors and grate lockdowns are included. Installation must be performed according to the manufacturer's installation instructions.

How to Configure & Order Dead Level® Trench System
Follow these steps to configure and order the Dead Level® Trench System:
- Sketch General Layout: For each trench configuration, detail the length(s), outlet position(s), flow direction(s), and catch basin positions (if required).
- Specify Frame: Choose between Ductile Iron (Ordering Code: D or DX) or Polypropylene (Ordering Code: P).
- Specify Length in Feet: Provide the trench length in feet (do not include catch basins). This is a numeric value.
- Specify Outlet: Select the outlet type: Straight Run End Outlet (EO), Straight Run Center Outlet (CO), or Other Configuration (XO).
- Specify Grating: Choose from various grating options including Brickslot (BK), Ductile Iron (DI), ADA Ductile Iron (DI-ADA), Galvanized Ductile Iron (GDI), Galvanized Steel Slotted (GS), Galvanized Steel Perforated (GP), Stainless Steel Slotted (SS), Stainless Steel Perforated (SP), Reinforced Galvanized Steel Slotted (RGS), Reinforced Galvanized Steel Perforated (RGP), Reinforced Stainless Steel Slotted (RSS), Reinforced Stainless Steel Perforated (RSP), and Polypropylene (PP).
- Specify Catch Basin: If required, select either a 6"x6"x24" Catch Basin (B6) or a 24"x24"x24" Catch Basin (B24).
- Specify Frame Guards: If required, choose Galvanized Steel (FG) or Stainless Steel (FS).
Example Configuration (Straight Run): P22-EO-RSS-B6-FS represents a system with Polypropylene channel, 22 feet length, End Outlet, Reinforced Stainless Steel Slotted Grates, a 6"x24"x24" Catch Basin, and Stainless Steel Frame Guards.
Example Configuration (Special Run): D84-XO-DI-B24 represents a system with Ductile Iron frame, 84 feet length, Other Configuration (requiring a sketch or description), Ductile Iron grating, and a 24"x24"x24" Catch Basin.
