Chapter 1: Getting Started with Your Machine
Installation and Safety Guidelines
1. Select the right spot: Place the machine near water and electrical connections on a properly levelled floor.
2. Removing the transit bolts: Use a spanner to remove transit bolts. Insert plastic caps. Keep bolts for future shifting. Do not operate until bolts are removed.
3. Levelling: Use adjustable screws to level the machine. Ensure all four feet rest on a level surface.
4. Connection to the water supply: Water inlet has parallel internal threads. Supply point with external/parallel thread within 1 meter. Do not stretch the hose. Flush pipelines before connecting.
5. Connection to the drain hose: Direct the drain hose to a sink or basin. Height: not higher than 100 cm, not lower than 60 cm.
6. Electrical connection: Requires a 16 Amp, 3 pin, 220-240 V AC, 50 Hz electrical point with a 16 Amp MCB or protection device within 1 meter. Ensure proper earthing. A separate MCB for the socket is recommended. Proper earthing is critical.
Before You Start
Check your machine: Ensure it is installed and connected properly.
Electrical connection: Verify 16 Amp, 3 pin, 220-240 V AC, 50 Hz with 16 Amp MCB.
Water connection: Ensure 3/4" parallel thread within 1 meter. Turn ON the tap.
Drain water hose: Position to floor/sink/basin, max height 1 meter. Hook and secure.
First wash cycle: Run without laundry, with detergent. Turn ON tap, add ~20g detergent to dispenser, close drawer, select Cotton, Hot Wash, press Start/Pause. Switch OFF when END LED flashes.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning the detergent dispenser drawer: Remove residue, wash drawer/siphon with warm water, clean water jets.
Cleaning the filter: Clean more frequently for drain pump life. Open bottom door, drain water, remove foreign objects. Tighten filter, close door. Do not open during program.
Cleaning the water hose mesh filter: Turn OFF taps, disconnect power. Unscrew inlet hose. Remove filter mesh, clean with brush. Reassemble. Turn ON tap, check for leaks. Note: Dirt/sediments affect wash quality and inlet valve.
Use of descalant: Minimum after 24 months, or as per water hardness. Use one packet. Do not use with Tub Clean.
Chapter 4: Useful Information
Troubleshooting
SYMPTOM Program does not start:
- Probable Cause: Power OFF, cord loose, program not selected, Start/Pause not pressed, tap OFF, door not closed.
- Solution: Ensure power ON, plug in, select program, press Start/Pause, turn tap ON, close door firmly.
SYMPTOM Washing machine door does not open:
- Probable Cause: Machine in operation, Child Lock active.
- Solution: Pause program, wait ~2 min. Door cannot open if water level/temp is high. Deactivate Child Lock, wait ~2 min.
SYMPTOM Water does not enter into machine. Detergent not being flushed into the drum:
- Probable Cause: Tap OFF/low pressure, door not closed, inlet hose bent/clogged, sieve/inlet valve clogged.
