S11 Instrument Screen User Instruction Manual

The S11 Instrument Screen is designed for Tesla vehicles, providing enhanced information and control. The main display shows a digital speedometer reading "34 km/h", battery status "80% 208 km", current time "08:30 AM", and the selected gear "P R N D". The Tesla logo is visible on the steering wheel.

Control Methods

1. Touch Screen

Users can interact with the screen by swiping and tapping to control various on-screen functions.

2. Steering Wheel Button Control

The right button on the steering wheel offers the following controls:

Front Camera (option)

To activate the front camera function:

  1. Navigate through the settings menu: settings ➡️ display ➡️ front camera.
  2. To view the front camera when it is not actively displayed, press and hold the right button of the steering wheel to the right for 3 seconds.

Airflow Outlet Adjustment

Push the paddle up ⬆️, down ⬇️, left ⬅️, and right ➡️ to adjust the air outlet position. The air outlet can be adjusted in all directions.

Shortcut Key

Swipe down ⬇️ from the top of the screen to access the shortcut page. This page displays various function keys, including:

CarPlay/Android Auto

CarPlay

To connect via CarPlay:

  1. Click the CarPlay icon on the main interface menu.
  2. Turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth ?.
  3. Find the S11 screen's Bluetooth device named "TSL*****" and connect it.

Android Auto

To connect via Android Auto:

  1. Click the Android Auto icon on the main interface menu.
  2. Turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth ?.
  3. Find the S11 screen's Bluetooth device named "TSL*****" and connect it.

Airplay/ Miracast

Airplay

To connect via Airplay:

  1. Turn on your smartphone's personal hotspot ?.
  2. Go to the S11 screen's settings ⚙️, click "Wi-Fi" ? to connect to the smartphone's hotspot.
  3. Click the "Airplay" icon on the S11 screen's main interface menu.
  4. On your iPhone ?, turn on Screen Mirroring and connect to the "lylink" device.

Miracast

To connect via Miracast:

  1. Turn on your smartphone's personal hotspot ?.
  2. Go to the S11 screen's settings ⚙️, click "Wi-Fi" ? to connect to the smartphone's hotspot.
  3. Click the "Miracast" icon on the S11 screen's main interface menu.
  4. On your smartphone ?, turn on Screen Mirroring and connect to the "Miracast" device.

Settings - Wlan

Access the settings interface ⚙️ and click the Wlan option to turn Bluetooth ? and WiFi ? on/off.

CarPlay/Android Auto use Bluetooth ? connection (connect the S11 screen's Bluetooth "TSL65217CAF6BE" with the smartphone ?).

Airplay/Miracast use Wi-Fi ? connections (connect the smartphone's ? hotspot with the S11 screen).

Settings - General

In the "General" interface ⚙️, you can set various functions:

Settings - Model

To set the car model:

  1. Enter the Settings interface ⚙️.
  2. Click the "Model" option.
  3. Choose the car model and its color. The available models are Model 3, Model 3 Highland, Model Y, Model Y Juniper, and Cybertruck, each with 5 color options.
  4. Return to the main interface.

Settings - Display

To configure display settings:

  1. Enter the Settings interface ⚙️.
  2. Click the "display" option.
  3. Choose the UI themes, day/night model, and Auto model (following the Tesla system). Options include turning the "rainbow road" on/off, and switching between full screen/half screen display, and front camera display.
  4. Return to the main interface.

Settings - Software

Software updates can be performed via USB driver ? or WiFi ?.

Canbus software update via USB driver ?:

Operation method: Download the software into the USB driver's root directory, insert the USB driver into the S11 screen's USB port, then click the "mcu" button.

OTA the Canbus software via WiFi ?:

Operation method: Connect the S11 screen's WiFi ? with the smartphone's ? hotspot, then click the "OTA" button to update to the newest version.

OTA the APP software via WiFi ?:

Operation method: Connect the S11 screen's WiFi ? with the smartphone's ? hotspot, then click the "ota mcu" button to update to the newest version.

Blind Spot Monitoring

When a vehicle appears in the left or right blind spots, the corresponding sides of the instrument display will flash yellow light ⚠️. If a vehicle is detected within the blind spot and the turn signal is activated, the left and right sides of the instrument will flash red light ? as a warning.

Hands-off Reminder

Provides real-time synchronization of the FSD (Full Self-Driving) steering wheel hands-off reminder.

Rainbow Road

Offers real-time synchronization of original vehicle information, including vehicle speed ?, lights, gear, tire pressure, battery status ?, etc. This feature can be turned off in the settings page ⚙️ under Display ➡️ Rainbow Road.
