Chapter 2. Installation Guide: AX700 / AX700 TG
2.0 Remove Components
Follow these steps to prepare the chassis for component installation:
Step 1: The diagram shows screws being removed from the top and side panels of the chassis.
Step 2: This step illustrates unlocking a latch mechanism and then sliding a side panel away from the chassis.
2.1 Power Supply Unit (PSU) Installation
The diagram shows the PSU being inserted into its designated bay at the bottom rear of the chassis and secured with screws.
2.2 Motherboard Installation
The diagram illustrates placing the motherboard onto the standoffs within the chassis and securing it with screws.
2.3 HDD Installation
The diagrams show how to install 3.5" HDDs and 2.5" HDDs/SSDs using drive cages and mounting screws.
2.4 VGA Installation
The diagrams demonstrate how to install a graphics card (VGA) into the PCI-e slots of the motherboard, securing it to the chassis.
2.5 ODD Installation
The diagrams show the use of ODD brackets to mount optical drives (ODD) into the drive bays of the chassis.
2.6 3.9" LCD Screen Installation
The diagrams illustrate the mounting process for the 3.9" LCD Front Panel into the designated front bay of the chassis.
2.7 Fan Support
The chassis supports various fan sizes in multiple locations:
- Top: 120mm x 4 or 140mm x 4
- Rear: 120mm x 1 or 140mm x 1

2.8 AIO Radiator Support
The chassis supports All-In-One (AIO) liquid cooling radiators:

The chassis supports custom liquid cooling radiators:

2.10 I/O Connection
Front Panel Connectors: The front panel provides connections for Power SW, Power LED, Reset, HDD LED, USB Type-C, HD Audio, and USB 3.0.
Motherboard Header Diagram: The diagram shows the pin layout for Power LED, Power Switch, HDD LED, Reset Switch, and reserved pins on the motherboard header.
2.11 Remove Filters
The diagrams illustrate how to remove dust filters from the AX700 and AX700 TG chassis for cleaning.
2.12 Assemble Casters
The diagrams show the process of attaching the casters to the bottom of the chassis. Each caster can be locked or unlocked.
