Rebate Details:
Qualifying Sub-Zero products purchased between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, are eligible to receive a rebate on a Visa Prepaid card. Delivery must be taken by October 31, 2025. Rebate forms must be submitted no later than November 30, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.
This rebate is valid at all Southern California Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove authorized dealers in the following counties: Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
Sub-Zero Group West is not responsible for lost, late, or illegible entries. All claims are subject to audit. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your Visa Prepaid card once your claim has been approved.
Purchases in other areas or at non-authorized retailers do not qualify. Builder, wholesale, and multi-family purchases do not qualify. Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Please retain a copy of the complete form and invoice for your records; claim submission will not be returned.
