Qualifying Sub-Zero products purchased between July 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025 will be eligible to receive a rebate on a Visa Prepaid card. Must take delivery by October 31, 2025. Rebate forms must be submitted no later than November 30, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.
Rebate is valid at all Southern California Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove authorized dealers in the following counties: Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
Sub-Zero Group West is not responsible for lost, late, or illegible entries. All claims are subject to audit. Please allow 3- 4 weeks to receive your Visa Prepaid card once your claim has been approved.
Purchases in other areas or at non-authorized retailers do not qualify. Builder, wholesale, and multi-family purchases do not qualify.
Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for the cash value. Please retain a copy of the complete form and invoice for your records; claim submission will not be returned.
