Termignoni invests heavily on the satisfaction of its customers, for this it reserves to recommend a few preliminary steps to the exhaust assembly. The Termignoni exhaust as supplied cannot be changed in any of its parts. Any change implemented by the user including improper maintenance, compromises compliance discharge according to law and the relevant warranty provided. We recommend to install our products by experienced professionals in the installation and use of exhaust systems for motorcycles. The module must be installed according to instructions in this manual. Termignoni S.p.A. disclaims any liability concerning personal injury or damage resulting from incorrect installation of the exhaust system. The Termignoni warranty does not cover damage to the exhaust system caused by assembly, improper use or maintenance. We inform you that every Termignoni exhaust system is subject to change without notice concerning its technical specifications. w w w . t e r m i g n o n i . c o m REV02 Scheda di montaggio Installation instructions Smontaggio Impianto Originale Disassembly of the original silencer Y11609040ICC YAMAHA X-MAX 300 2017 SILENCER ITA Per smontare l'impianto originale cominciare allentando la fascetta innesto ENG To disassemble the original exhaust loosen the small metal clamp ITA Scollegare connettore ENG Disconnect the connector ITA Svitare la sonda lambda e tenerla per il montaggio del kit Termignoni ENG Unscrew the lambda probe and keep it for mounting the Termignoni kit ITA Svitare e rimuovere le tre viti di fissaggio al telaio ENG Unscrew and remove the 3 fixing screws to the frame ITA Rimuovere il silenziatore originale ENG Remove the original silencer ITA Svitare vite carena superiore; ENG Screw the screw of the higher fairing; w w w . t e r m i g n o n i . c o m REV02 Scheda di montaggio Installation instructions Montaggio del kit Termignoni Mounting the Termignoni kit Y11609040ICC YAMAHA X-MAX 300 2017 SILENCER ITA Posizionare silent-block e distanziali in alluminio sulla staffa supporto silenziatore come in foto ENG Position silent-block and specers with collar on the silencer support bracket as shown in the picture ITA Fissare la staffa di supporto al silenziatore, usando le due viti a testa esagonale M8x35 con rondelle 8x24 in dotazione, facendo attenzione di rivolgere i distanziali in alluminio a contatto con il silenziatore; serrare le viti. ENG Fix the support bracket to the silencer, using the two hex head screws M8x35 with 8x24 washers, in the pack, making sure to position the aluminum spacers in contact with the silencer ; tighten the screws. ITA Inserire la fascetta innesto sul presilenziatore ENG Place the small metal clamp on the pre-silencer ITA Innestare il presilenziatore al collettore originale ENG Enter the pre-silencer in to the original collector ITA Innestare il silenziatore Termignoni al presilenziatore ENG Insert the Termignoni silencer into the pre-silencer w w w . t e r m i g n o n i . c o m REV02 Scheda di montaggio Installation instructions Montaggio del kit Termignoni Mounting the Termignoni kit Y11609040ICC YAMAHA X-MAX 300 2017 SILENCER ITA Fissare il silenziatore al telaio con le due viti originali ENG Fix the silencer to the frame with the two original screws ITA Serrare le viti della staffa supporto silenziatore e la vite della fascetta innesto ENG Tighten the two screw to the silencer support bracket and the screw of the small metal bracket ITA Rimuovere la pellicola protettiva dal logo Termignoni. ENG Remove the protective release liner from the Termignoni logo. ATTENZIONE WARNING!!
