How to Open Your AMIR Portable Safe Box
Thank you for purchasing our product.
Due to the excellent waterproof features and tight sealing of our product, it may be challenging to open the lock box upon receiving it. Please don't worry, as this is a normal occurrence, possibly due to pressure and collisions during transportation. You can follow the methods below to open it.
After entering the default password 0-0-0-0, please forcefully flip the password panel. If it still doesn't open, please try one of the following methods.

1. Gently tap the top cover with a fist or palm to release internal pressure.

2. Hold the product and lightly tap one of its corners on a carpet or tabletop to release internal pressure, then forcefully open the lock box, as shown in Figure 4.

Once you have successfully opened it, this issue should not occur again during normal use.
