Troubleshooting

Refer to this section for solutions to common issues.

Cannot control the TV with the remote control.

  • Check for obstructions (tape, objects) over the remote sensor.
  • Replace batteries with new ones.

No image display and no sound is produced.

  • Check if the TV is turned on.
  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to a working wall outlet.
  • Test the outlet with another device.

The TV turns off suddenly.

  • Check power control settings.
  • Verify if the auto-off function is activated in the settings menu.
  • If there is no signal, the TV may turn off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Abnormal Display

A slight flicker when the TV is cold is normal. Minor dot defects (red, green, blue spots) are typical and do not affect performance. Avoid touching the LCD screen for extended periods, as this may cause temporary distortion. Deactivated pixels are normal and do not affect TV reliability. Displaying a still image for too long may cause image sticking.

Generated Sound

Cracking Noise: This is caused by plastic thermal contraction due to temperature/humidity changes and is common.

Electrical Circuit Humming/Panel Buzzing: A low-level noise from the high-speed switching circuit is normal and does not affect performance.

Cleaning Precautions

  • Do not allow liquid or foreign objects into gaps.
  • Wring excess water from cleaning cloths.
  • Do not spray cleaners directly on the screen.
