GAOMON Driver Installation
For Windows User
- Make sure all the cables are well connected.
- Close all art programs and anti-virus programs first. Ensure no anti-virus program is running. (You can still run an anti-virus program after the issue is confirmed and fixed).

- Please uninstall the previous GAOMON driver completely. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, uninstall the current GAOMON Driver. Also, ensure no other brands' tablet drivers are installed. (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Download and install the GAOMON driver.

(1) Please right-click the driver setup icon (file extension '.exe') in the installation file and select 'Run as administrator' from the dropdown list.
(Run as an administrator before installation, not after installation.)

(2) Do not change the installation path. The default path is Disk C:.

For Mac User
- Make sure all the cables are well connected.
- Download GAOMON driver here: https://www.gaomon.net/download/

- Install the downloaded driver as shown below: Click the installation package. Drag the 'GaomonTablet' icon to the 'Applications' folder and hold for a moment until it enters the folder. Double-click 'GaomonTablet' and select 'Open' to run the driver.

This concludes the driver installation.
If your OS version is macOS 10.14 or later (including Big Sur), please add the GAOMON driver to the 'whitelist' in Security & Privacy settings to ensure normal tablet functionality. If your OS is older than macOS 10.14, you can skip the following steps.
4. After installation, press one of the express keys on the tablet. A box titled 'Accessibility Access' will pop up. Click 'Open System Preferences' to bring up the 'Security & Privacy' box. Do not click "Deny"!

5. Set Up 'Security & Privacy' to add 'TabletDriverAgent' to the whitelist as shown below:
Bring up 'Security & Privacy' and drag 'TabletDriverAgent' into the whitelist of macOS.

Click the lock icon ? to unlock and input your password.
Then tick 'TabletDriverAgent'.
Click '+' and it will bring out another box.
