Installation Guide
Follow these guidelines for optimal camera placement and mounting:
- Install the camera 2-3 meters (7-10 ft) above the ground. This height maximizes the detection range of the PIR motion sensor.
- For better motion detection performance, please install the camera angularly.
NOTE: If a moving object approaches the PIR sensor vertically, the camera may fail to detect motion.
Installation Diagram: Shows recommended mounting height of 2-3 meters and PIR detection distance of 2-7 meters, with the camera mounted at an angle (θ) for optimal performance.
Mount the Camera
- Rotate to separate parts from the bracket. [Diagram showing separation of bracket parts]
- Drill holes in accordance with the mounting hole template and screw the base of the bracket onto the wall. Next, attach the other part of the bracket onto the base. [Diagram showing drilling holes, attaching bracket base, and then the other bracket part]
