Charging

Fully charge the speaker before first use. Connect the USB A end of the charging cable to a USB charging port and the Micro USB end to the speaker's port. The red indicator light shows charging; it turns off when fully charged.

Instructions for Use

Turning On and Off

• To turn on: Press the Power Button. The speaker will play a start-up tone.
• To turn off: Press the Power Button. The blue indicator light will blink repeatedly when the speaker is on.

Pairing with Bluetooth Devices

Your speaker must be paired to a Bluetooth device before use. This only needs to be done once per device.

1. Open the Bluetooth menu on your device. Some devices may require searching for devices or adding a new device.
2. With the speaker on, navigate to Bluetooth Mode if not already there. The speaker will announce it is awaiting a Bluetooth connection.
3. Wait until you see "Stun" on your device screen.
4. Select "Stun" on your device and follow any prompts to pair. Upon successful pairing, the speaker will play a short tone, and the blue indicator light will blink slower.

Locating the Bluetooth Menu:

• iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch: Settings > Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth on if it's not.
• Android Phones and Tablets: Settings > Bluetooth (or Wireless and Networks > Bluetooth on older devices). Turn Bluetooth on if it's not. Select "Search for Devices" if needed.

Connecting with Paired Devices

When switched on, the speaker will automatically connect to the last paired device if it's on and within range. If not, open your device's Bluetooth menu and select "Stun".

Controls

To switch between USB, Micro SD, Bluetooth, and Aux Modes, short press the Mode Button.

Aux Mode

Plug an aux cable into the aux input on the speaker and the other end into your audio device. In Aux Mode, only volume controls function.

FM Radio Mode

Press the Mode Button to enter FM Radio Mode. Use the volume buttons to navigate through saved channels and the Play/Pause/Auto Scan button for auto station scanning.

Micro SD Card Mode

Insert a micro SD card into the Micro SD Card Slot. The speaker will automatically enter Micro SD Card Mode.

USB Mode

Insert a USB flash drive into the USB Port. The speaker will automatically enter USB Mode.

Controlling Phone Calls

Troubleshooting

1. Smartphone cannot find Bluetooth devices: Ensure pairing mode is active and the device is within range.
2. Bluetooth device cannot pair: Ensure your mobile phone allows new connections and has not reached its device limit.
3. No music or calls when connected via Bluetooth: Ensure your mobile phone supports A2DP and HSF profiles and is within range.
4. Windows asks for a new driver: Find compatible drivers online for your computer.
5. Cannot control Pause/Play/Previous/Next remotely: Your Bluetooth device must support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).

Safety Precautions

• Do not use the speaker near water or handle it if it has been submerged. Ensure hands are dry before touching plugs or power connections.
• Do not operate with damaged cords or plugs, or if the product has malfunctioned, been dropped, or damaged.
• This speaker is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, unless supervised. Exercise extreme caution.
• Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the speaker. Keep packaging away from children.

Environmentally Friendly Disposal

Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste. Use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information on available collection systems. Improper disposal can release hazardous substances into groundwater, potentially damaging health and well-being.

Warranty

This Volkano Stun speaker includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If the product has faulty parts, poor finishing, visible damage, or fails due to manufacturing defects, return it with proof of purchase to the store of purchase for exchange or repair, according to the store's policy. The warranty starts from the date of purchase. Retain proof of purchase and packaging for the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

• Excessive wear and tear beyond reasonable use.
• Misuse or neglect.
• Accidental damage or damage from acts of God (fire, flooding).
• Use contrary to operating or maintenance instructions in this manual.
