2. Online claims must be submitted by January 3, 2026.
3. If appliances were part of new construction or remodeling, you may submit by the deadline and update serial numbers once delivered.

Qualifying Appliances

Rebate Program Details & Terms

Rebate Type: Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®. Allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Issuing Bank: Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated.

Mastercard Terms: Mastercard is a registered trademark. Use of card constitutes acceptance of terms. Cards have no cash access and can be used anywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted. Virtual Prepaid Mastercard expires 6 months after issuance.

Purchase Requirements: Products must be purchased on the same invoice.

Eligibility:

• Rebate valid for selected Frigidaire appliances purchased between August 21, 2025 - December 3, 2025.
• No substitution of other models allowed.
• Limit one rebate per customer, receipt, household, or address.
• Not available to clubs, organizations, groups, or multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, wholesale sales, etc.
• Claim MUST be submitted online or postmarked by January 3, 2026.
• For new construction/remodeling projects, submit by deadline and update serial numbers upon delivery (postmarked by January 23, 2026), provided the original receipt is within the program period.
• Photocopies of sales slips are accepted. Keep a copy for your records.
• Completed materials will not be returned.
• This rebate cannot be combined with other Frigidaire promotional rebate offers unless specified.
• Items purchased at a discounted rate due to damage or closeout are not eligible.

Submission Issues: Requests with invalid/undeliverable addresses, P.O. Box addresses (except ND), or outside the US will be denied. Frigidaire is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or postage due requests. Late, noncompliant, or duplicate submissions will not be acknowledged, returned, or honored.

Ownership: All submissions become property of Frigidaire and will not be returned. Merchandise returned prior to rebate fulfillment will void submissions. Rebate form may not be assigned, transferred, or sold. By submitting this claim, you accept the stated terms and conditions.

Mail-In Rebate Option

For customers who prefer to mail in their rebate claim, please follow these steps:

1. Indicate the qualifying models purchased and provide their serial numbers and prices paid.
2. Mail the completed claim form with a legible photocopy of your sales receipt.
3. Ensure the sales receipt is dated between August 21, 2025 - December 3, 2025.
4. Mail the envelope by January 3, 2026 to: Pizza Night Perfection, Program #EMAFR0825FGPIZZA, PO Box 787, Portsmouth, NH 03801.

If your appliances were part of a new construction or remodeling project, you may submit your claim by the deadline, and update the serial numbers once delivered. The envelope must be postmarked by January 23, 2026, provided the original receipt was generated within the program period.
