How to Claim Your Rebate

Online Submission (Recommended)

Submit your rebate claim online at www.frigidairepromotions.com.

1. Purchase qualifying appliances between August 21, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
2. Submit your online claim by January 31, 2026.
3. If purchasing as part of new construction or remodeling, you can submit by the deadline and update serial numbers once appliances are delivered.

Mail-in Submission (Slower Processing)

To submit by mail, complete the claim form with qualifying models, serial numbers, and prices paid. Mail the completed form with a legible photocopy of your sales receipt (dated between August 21, 2025, and December 31, 2025). The envelope must be postmarked by January 31, 2026, and mailed to:

A form is provided for mail-in submissions, including fields for serial numbers, prices paid, personal information, retailer, date purchased, and new construction status.

Program Details and Terms

The rebate is valid for selected Frigidaire appliances purchased between August 21, 2025, and December 31, 2025. No substitutions are allowed. A limit of one rebate per customer, receipt, household, or address applies. The offer is not available to clubs, organizations, groups, or for multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, or wholesale sales.

Claims must be submitted online or postmarked no later than February 20, 2026. For new construction or remodeling projects, claims can be submitted upon delivery, provided the receipt was generated within the program period and postmarked by February 20, 2026.

All products must be purchased on the same invoice. Photocopies of sales slips are accepted. Keep a copy of your sales slip and claim form for your records. Completed materials will not be returned.

Rebate delivery via Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is expected within 8 weeks. The card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in the Cardholder Agreement. Cards have no cash access and can be used wherever Debit Mastercard is accepted. The Virtual Prepaid Mastercard expires 6 months after issuance.

This rebate cannot be combined with other Frigidaire promotional rebate offers unless explicitly stated. Items purchased at a discount due to damage or closeout are not eligible.

Frigidaire is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due requests. Late, noncompliant, or duplicate submissions will not be acknowledged or honored. All submissions become Frigidaire's property and will not be returned. Returning merchandise before rebate fulfillment voids the submission. Rebate forms are non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-sellable. Submitting a claim signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
