Connecting Your Keyboard

Follow these steps to connect your Keychron B1 Pro keyboard:

1. Connect 2.4GHz Receiver

Connect the 2.4GHz receiver to your device's USB port.

Switch the toggle to 2.4GHz mode.

2. Connect Bluetooth

Switch the toggle to Bluetooth mode.

Press and hold fn + 1 (for 4 seconds) to pair with the device named "Keychron B1 Pro".

3. Connect Cable

Connect the keyboard using the provided cable.

Switch the toggle to Cable mode.

4. Switch To The Right System

Ensure the system toggle on the top right corner of the keyboard is switched to match your computer's operating system (Mac or Win).

5. Switch Between Function and Multimedia Keys

To switch between Function keys (F1-F12) and Multimedia keys (e.g., volume control, playback), press and hold fn + X + L (for 4 seconds).

6. Reset Keyboard

To reset the keyboard to its factory settings, press and hold fn + J + Z (for 4 seconds).

The Keychron B1 Pro offers various shortcuts:

Bluetooth Channels: Press fn + 1 (Channel 1), fn + 2 (Channel 2), fn + 3 (Channel 3)
2.4GHz Channel: Press fn + 4
Insert: fn + 1
Calculator (Win) / Spotlight (Mac): fn + =

Windows Lock: Press and hold fn + win (3 seconds)
Emoji: fn + shift
