Promotion Overview

Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH is organizing the Samsung Mobile B2B Trade-in Promotion.

Eligibility

Participation is open to entrepreneurs (as defined by UGB) based in Austria who possess a SEPA account.

Promotion Details

Promotion Benefits

Eligible participants will receive a bonus of up to €200 and a trade-in value for their eligible old device when purchasing a qualifying Galaxy Smartphone or Tablet model from a selected Austrian retailer. An additional bonus of up to €1 per accessory is available with the simultaneous purchase of at least 150 units of specified accessories.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from August 4, 2025, 00:00 MESZ to December 15, 2025, 23:59 MESZ, while stocks last.

Purchases must be made within this period, as evidenced by the purchase date on the receipt. Orders or deliveries outside this period are not eligible, even if placed within the promotion period.

Excluded: Bundle products, private sales, and used products.

Eligible Devices for Purchase

The promotion covers the purchase of new Galaxy Smartphone or Tablet models with an Austrian IMEI from selected Austrian retailers or online shops. Purchases made in conjunction with a mobile provider contract or contract extension are excluded.

Trade-in Device Requirements

Eligible Trade-in Devices

Eligible trade-in devices are all functioning Smartphone and Tablet models offered in the verifier's buy-back tool that meet the requirements outlined in Section 11 and the promotion's execution requirements (Section 9).

Trade-in Value Categories

• Absolute New Condition: Fully functional; no cracks or breaks on the display, glass, or frame; no display irregularities (e.g., dead pixels, lines); no liquid damage; no signs of wear like scratches or dents across the entire device.
• Normal Used Condition: Fully functional; no cracks or breaks on the display, glass, or frame; no display irregularities; no liquid damage; maximum of 3 noticeable scratches or dents on the display or frame that are palpable by fingernail; otherwise well-maintained.
• Heavily Used Condition: Fully functional; no cracks or breaks on the display, glass, or frame; no display irregularities; no liquid damage; more than 3 noticeable scratches or dents on the display or frame that are palpable by fingernail.

General Device Conditions

• Device must be functional (powers on, boots without errors, and does not shut down unexpectedly).
• All device locks must be removed (no PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or password lock).
• Google/Apple iCloud accounts must be deactivated/deleted.
• Device must be a complete, genuine unit (no Live Demo Units, no dummy units, no plagiarized devices, no missing internal/external parts like covers, battery, board, buttons).
• Device must have no obvious damage, no total loss, and be intact (not disassembled).
• Device must have no display cracks (no breaks, chips, or splinters).
• Device must have no obvious water damage (indicated by color change indicators).

If a trade-in device does not meet these conditions, participants will be contacted by Mobiletech GmbH, and devices may be returned.

Both the purchased product and the trade-in device must be owned by the end customer. Purchases made through leasing agreements are excluded.

Promotion Process

How to Participate

Online Purchase via Retailer or Business Partner/Reseller

Eligible participants purchase a new Galaxy Smartphone or Tablet model from a selected Austrian retailer or a Samsung-certified Business Partner/Reseller during the promotion period. A sales receipt must be provided, clearly showing the purchase date and the eligible new device including its IMEI number. If the IMEI is not on the receipt, a photo of the IMEI from the packaging or a screenshot from the device's settings menu will be accepted as additional proof.

Participants must register online by December 15, 2025 (23:59 MESZ) at www.b2b.samsungaktion.at and send their eligible trade-in device to the verifier by December 22, 2025 (23:59 MESZ).

Upon meeting all requirements, the sum of trade-in values and the specified bonus will be transferred to the participant's SEPA account within 3 months by the verifier. Participation will be rejected if trade-in devices do not meet the conditions.

Purchase via Business Partner or Reseller

If the process is handled by a Samsung-certified Business Partner or Reseller, customers must provide a written confirmation authorizing the partner/reseller to handle the transaction on their behalf, detailing the traded-in devices (name, model, IMEI, quantity). The customer's invoice for the new device must also be provided, and customer details (company name, address) must match across all documents.

Exclusions and General Terms

Exclusions

Products not listed in these terms, including accessories, private sales, online auctions, and used devices, are excluded from the promotion.

Returns

Returns are not eligible for the promotion. In case of returns, the actual paid price will be refunded by the retailer, the old device may be returned, or a separate offer made by the verifier. Terms of purchase for eligible trade-in devices are subject to Mobiletech's General Terms and Conditions, available at www.cash4handy.at/agb/.

Verifier

The verifier is Mobiletech GmbH cash4handy, Industriezeile 47a, A-4020 Linz.

Data Privacy

Personal data provided during participation will be processed solely for the promotion's execution in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy (available at www.samsung.com/at/info/privacy/). Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the promotion and then deleted, unless legal retention periods apply.

The terms and data protection provisions of the verifier, Mobiletech GmbH cash4handy (available at www.cash4handy.at), also apply.

Samsung's Rights

Samsung reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion early, and to invalidate entries with incorrect or fraudulent documentation, potentially taking legal action.

Samsung, in conjunction with retailers and the verifier, may verify eligibility for the bonus.

Samsung is not liable for lost or incomplete registrations. While efforts are made to provide accurate information, no guarantee is given for the completeness or accuracy of the content. Liability for damages arising from participation, use of information, software errors, viruses, service interruptions, or data loss is excluded.

Entries that are incomplete, false, or do not comply with these terms may be invalidated.

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Governing Law

This promotion is subject to Austrian law. The competent court is in Vienna.
