LG OLED and QNED TV Promotion: Terms and Conditions Update
LG ELECTRONICS ITALIA S.p.A., with its headquarters in Milan, announces an update to the terms and conditions for the promotion titled "Scegli un LG OLED o QNED e per te: rottamazione del vecchio TV" (Choose an LG OLED or QNED and for you: trade-in your old TV). This integration is in collaboration with 4Concept srl.
Period
The validity period of the promotion has been extended until 09/10/2025. The deadline for submitting a prize request is within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. The final deadline for completing the prize request on the platform is within 15 calendar days from the end of the valid purchase period.
Promoted Products and Refund
Purchases of the following OLED55G5 model made between 08/11/2025 and 09/10/2025 are also valid, with the following refunds:

1. Area
The promotion is valid for the Italian national territory and the Republic of San Marino.
2. Recipients
Participants must be adult consumers, residing or domiciled in Italy. Wholesalers, retailers, and distributors are excluded. Participation requests can only be submitted by final consumers. Purchases made through "Corporate Benefits" on the website https://www.lg.com/it are also excluded. Consumers who have, for any reason, revoked the purchase of any of the products involved in this promotion (e.g., exercising the right of withdrawal for distance purchases, contract termination, or warranty claims) are also excluded.
3. Period
The purchase period is from 07/01/2025 to 09/10/2025. The deadline for entering purchase data to participate in the initiative is within 15 calendar days of purchase. The deadline for entering the product serial code is within 15 calendar days from the end of the valid purchase period.

The promoted models are available for purchase at:
A) Appliance stores of the following chains that adhere to the promotion and display promotional material:

For purchases made on www.mediaworld.it, only products sold and shipped by Mediamarket S.p.A. are eligible. Products sold by third-party sellers on the website's Marketplace platform are excluded.
B) The e-commerce site of the promoter: https://www.lg.com/it, subject to the exclusions mentioned in the "Recipients" section.
C) www.amazon.it: only products sold and shipped by AMAZON EU Sarls are eligible. Products sold by third-party sellers on the Amazon.it Marketplace and WarehouseDeals Amazon products are excluded.
D) The website of Magnetic Media Network S.p.A. (MMN), accessible to Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.a. customers via the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile APP or the reserved area of the bank's website.
E) The Mediolanum App of Banca Mediolanum Spa, SelfyShop section (Product Sold by Jakala S.p.A. under authorization from LG Electronic Italia S.p.A.).
Purchases made at points of sale with different brand names than those indicated above, or at large-scale retail outlets (G.D.O.), or on e-commerce sites different from those indicated above, will not be considered valid.
6. Mechanics
6.1 Consumers who purchase one (1) Television from the promoted products, as indicated in the "Promoted Products" section, from one of the sales points or e-commerce sites listed in the "Sales Channel" section, within the period specified in the "Period" section, are entitled to a refund on the price of the new LG TV purchased, provided they simultaneously request the collection of a pre-existing television appliance they own ("Used Device").
Participation is valid for purchases made with a "talking" receipt/invoice (hereinafter "proof of purchase"), which clearly indicates the promoted product purchased.
In case of purchase via:
- LG shop service: the order confirmation, the only document issued at the time of purchase, will be accepted.
- MMN website: the invoice issued at the time of purchase will be accepted.
- Mediolanum App SelfyShop section: the order contract issued at the time of purchase will be accepted.
For participation to be valid, the proof of purchase must show full payment of the amount due. Proof of purchase with partial payments (e.g., deposit, advance payment, or similar) is not accepted.
Purchase Registration Procedure
To request the service, consumers must complete the following procedure:
- Connect to the website www.lg.com/it/lgforyou within 15 calendar days of purchase.
- Register by filling out the dedicated form:
- Name
- Surname
- Age confirmation (over 18)
- Privacy consent
- Password
- Alternatively, log in if already registered.
- In the dedicated form, indicate:
- The type of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). For LG shop order confirmations, select "invoice".
- The purchased model.
- The product serial code (this can be provided later, but no later than 15 calendar days from the end of the valid purchase period).
- The point of sale or e-commerce site, selected from the dropdown menu.
- Details of the proof of purchase: date, number, total amount (including cents), and the amount of the purchased product.
- Your bank/postal details: IBAN for refund credit. Refunds are exclusively via bank transfer to the indicated coordinates. Once validated, the refund will be issued only once to the specified current account. No requests for refunds to different accounts or via other payment methods will be accepted. Only IBAN codes linked to Italian current accounts that remain active until January 31, 2026, will be accepted.
- Complete the section for the collection of the used device, specifying its brand and model, and confirming it meets the requirements in section 6.1. The address for the collection of the used device must be within Italian territory.
Registration must be completed by confirming acceptance of these regulations and uploading:
- A clear and legible photo (JPG/PDF format) of the proof of purchase, as per form instructions. It must clearly show all purchase details and comply with these regulations. Each photo must contain only one proof of purchase. Photos with multiple or partial, retouched, or tampered documents are not valid.
- A clear and legible photo (JPG/PDF format) of the product serial code, as per form instructions. Partial, retouched, or tampered images are not valid. This image can also be uploaded later, but no later than 15 calendar days from the end of the valid purchase period.
- A clear photo of your valid identity document (showing personal data legibly).
After exclusively completing the above procedure, the system will display a confirmation message, which will also be sent via email.
The proof of purchase must be "talking" and include:
- The purchased product model.
- The purchase price.
- The name/address/VAT number and other details of the point of sale or e-commerce site where the purchase was made.
Additional clarifications:
- Participants must provide correct and truthful data; otherwise, participation and requests will be considered void.
- In case of incomplete documentation, the applicant will be informed via email or phone and given up to 14 days to rectify any anomalies and submit correct documentation. Failure to do so will render the request invalid.
- Upon verification of the requested documentation within the specified timeframes, the consumer will receive an email confirming activation of the promotion and instructions for coordinating the collection of their used device.
- The refund will be issued only if the consumer provides a used device.
- The refund will be issued if the participation request and the used device collection are successful, credited to the IBAN provided during registration within 180 days from the end of the initiative.
- The proof of purchase must show full payment of the amount due. Proof of purchase with partial payments (deposit or advance) is not accepted.
The promoter reserves the right to request the original proof of purchase (receipt/invoice/contract) at any time. Consumers are required to keep the original proof of purchase for up to 2 months after the promotion ends, as it may be requested. In such cases, participation cannot be validated without the original proof of purchase, even if lost or stolen. It is recommended to keep a copy of the proof of purchase for potential warranty claims.
7. Refund
For each Promoted Product purchased and Used Device returned, the consumer will receive a refund as indicated in the following table. Refunds are exclusively via bank transfer.

8. Collection of the Used Device
Upon receiving email confirmation of promotion activation, the consumer will be contacted by the courier appointed by 4Concept to arrange the collection date and time for the used device. A "Cession Modul" (Transfer Form) will be sent via email, which must be filled out with the registration data, signed, printed, and handed over to the courier along with the used device.
4Concept is responsible for the packaging and collection of the used device. All aspects concerning the transfer of the used device are managed solely by 4Concept under its exclusive responsibility. It is crucial to keep a copy of the collection receipt issued by the courier to assert rights in case of loss or disputes during transport. LG is not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction during the transport of used devices.
If the used device collection is unsuccessful due to the sender's absence or causes attributable to the transporter, the collection will be rescheduled for the following day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the consumer will forfeit the refund. For any other reasons for unsuccessful collection (e.g., incorrect address, nothing to collect), the consumer will lose the right to the refund.
By requesting collection, the consumer relinquishes ownership of the used device.
The used device must be delivered completely free of data. Users must erase personal data, photos, browsing history, and remove any memory cards from the device before handover. Neither LG nor 4Concept can be held responsible for the loss of data contained in the returned used device.
9. Advertising
The initiative will be advertised through flyers and other communication materials displayed at participating points of sale and on the websites www.lg.com/it and www.lg.com/it/lgforyou. The promoter reserves the right to use any other communication means deemed suitable to inform potential participants about the initiative. This regulation is available on the aforementioned websites.
10. Miscellaneous
Participation implies unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in this regulation without any limitation. Proof of purchase that is incomplete, altered, or has data obscured by tape or other materials will not be considered valid. Proof of purchase that does not exactly match the data provided during participation (e.g., different receipt/invoice number, time, date, or total amount) will also be invalid, even if due to an unintentional typing error. Uploading a photograph of the required documents is mandatory for participation. Requests lacking necessary documentation or data will be considered invalid and excluded. Participants must ensure that the photograph of the proof of purchase is clear, complete, and legible; partially legible or illegible photos will not be considered valid. Only proofs of purchase clearly showing the brand/logo of participating points of sale will be valid. If the brand/logo is not present, the Promoter reserves the right to verify the store's affiliation; if not affiliated, the receipt will be invalid, and the consumer will not be entitled to a refund. Only receipts from participating brands/chains will be considered valid; the Promoter reserves the right to conduct appropriate verification with the brand/chain. Other digital formats besides those indicated are not accepted, and retouched, tampered, or counterfeit images are not valid. Data provided during registration cannot be modified later. This initiative is combinable with other promotions, except for purchases made via https://www.lg.com/it under "Corporate Benefits." Receipts containing product returns or purchases of used or refurbished products are not accepted. The promoter is not responsible for incorrect/false bank details, banking issues, or current account changes. The right to a refund expires 180 days after the end of the initiative. The Promoter reserves the right to perform all necessary checks to ensure correct participation, including verifying actual product purchases (e.g., by requesting original proof of purchase or new images) and conducting checks at participating points of sale. Additional documentation, including originals, may be requested. In case of detected irregularities or failure to respond to verification requests within 10 days, participation will be invalidated. The promoter is not responsible for any access issues, transmission problems, connection failures, postal delays, or other causes beyond its control that may prevent participation. The Promoter is not liable for non-delivery of communications due to incorrect/outdated data provided by participants, non-existent/incorrect/unavailable email addresses, full or disabled mailboxes, unreachable servers, or spam filters. Users who, according to the Promoter's sole judgment, have fraudulently obtained the refund or violated the normal conduct of the initiative will not be entitled to it. The Promoter reserves the right to take measures to limit and inhibit any attempt to circumvent the system. In case of suspected collusion between a consumer and a retailer, the Promoter may cancel the participation and conduct further investigations. Personal data collection will adhere to current data protection regulations, with information available at www.lg.com/it/lgforyou. Any modifications to the regulation during the initiative will be communicated to consumers in the same manner as the original regulation, respecting acquired participant rights. The refund request is solely the participant's responsibility. If the participant does not exercise this right within the stipulated terms, the promoter cannot be held liable.
