Diagram Descriptions
Towbar Assembly Diagram (TPUG15SN)
This diagram illustrates the Tow-Trust TPUG15SN towbar assembly. It shows the main crossmember (labeled A), two handed side arms (labeled B), angle brackets (labeled C), and the swan neck tow ball assembly (labeled D). Various fasteners and hardware are also depicted and referenced by letters corresponding to the parts list: M12 bolts and nuts (E), M10 bolts, nuts, and washers (F, J, K), spacer plates (G), and cage nuts (H), and a socket plate (L). The diagram visually guides the placement and connection of these components to the vehicle's chassis.
Cage Nut Installation Method
This section provides visual guidance on installing cage nuts (labeled H) into the vehicle's chassis. It shows three sequential steps demonstrating how to insert the cage nut through a chassis access point, align it with the mounting hole, and prepare it to receive a bolt for securing the towbar. This method ensures a secure attachment point within the chassis structure.
