Battery Installation
Before first use, unscrew the head and remove the insulating film. When replacing batteries, ensure the positive (+) end faces the flashlight head.
Power Indicator
- Standby: Green indicator is always on. Modes can be changed (Off-Low-High-Blinking) via Advanced UI.
- Charging: Blue LED indicator blinks. Stays solid blue when fully charged.
- Discharging (Powerbank): Orange indicator stays on if sufficient power. Blinks when battery is low. Automatically stops powerbank function when battery is critically low.
Operation Instruction
Quick Start
After inserting batteries and tightening the parts, the light will blink once to confirm power. Basic usage:
- Click: Turn light on or off.
- Hold: Change brightness.
- Release and Hold again: Change brightness in the opposite direction.

Anduril UI Overview
The flashlight uses the Anduril 2 UI, which offers Simple UI and Advanced UI modes. The default is Simple UI.
Simple UI
Provides basic flashlight functions with limited brightness for safety. Advanced functions are blocked.
- 1C: On/Off
- 1H: Ramp up (or down if released less than 1 sec ago)
- 2H (Light On): Ramp down
- 2H (Light Off): Momentary high mode
- 2C: Toggle between highest safe level and current level
- 3C: Toggle between SMOOTH RAMPING and STEPPED RAMPING
- 4C: Lockout mode
- When Light Off: 3C for Battery Check, 4C for Lockout, 10H to switch to Advanced UI, 15C+ for Version Check.
- In Lockout Mode: 1H for momentary moonlight, 2H for momentary low, 4C/4H/5C for unlock and turn on (at different levels).
Switching Between UIs
- From Simple UI (Light Off): 10H to switch to Advanced UI.
- From Advanced UI (Light Off): 10C to switch to Simple UI; 10H to configure Simple UI.
Factory Reset
To reset the flashlight to factory settings (e.g., to auto-calibrate the temperature sensor):
- Loosen the body tube.
- Hold the button.
- Tighten the body tube.
- Continue holding the button for about 4 seconds until the light flickers and briefly bursts to full power. Release the button at full power to complete the reset, or release early to abort.

Safety Instructions
- Never point the beam directly at people, animals, or moving vehicles, as it can cause retinal damage.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Strobe modes may cause seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
- The flashlight may become warm during prolonged use in Turbo or High modes; this is normal.
- Use only high-quality 21700 batteries.
- Handle batteries with care; dispose of damaged batteries properly.
- To prevent accidental activation during transport or storage, loosen the tailcap by half a turn or remove the battery.
- Clean threads every 6 months with a clean cloth and apply a thin layer of silicone grease.
- Replace worn o-rings to maintain waterproofness.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Issue: Flashlight not turning on.
- Possible Cause A: Battery needs replacement or is not installed correctly.
- Solution A: Replace with a fully charged, approved battery type. Ensure correct polarity.
- Possible Cause B: Dirty contacts (threads, PCB, etc.).
- Solution B: Clean contacts with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
- Possible Cause C: Insulation sticker on battery not removed.
- Solution C: Remove the insulation sticker.
- Issue: Flickering or intermittent light.
- Possible Cause: Dirty battery contacts.
- Solution: Clean battery contacts regularly.
- Maintenance: Regularly clean battery contacts. Clean threads every 6 months with silicone grease. Replace o-rings as needed.
