  3. Multiple protection functions:
    • Frost protection function: In cool mode, dry mode or economic energy-saving mode, if the temperature of the exhaust pipe is too low, the product will automatically enter the protection state. If the temperature of the exhaust pipe rises to a certain temperature, it can automatically return to normal operation.
    • Full water protection function: When the water in the water tray exceeds the warning level, the machine will give an alarm automatically, and the LCD temperature display area will display "FL". At this time, you need to connect the machine or the water outlet with the drainage pipe, move it to the sewer and other drainage places to discharge the water (see the "drainage instructions" at the end of this chapter for detailed drainage methods), and the machine will automatically return to the original working state after the water is discharged.
    • Protection function of compressor: In view of the life protection of the compressor, the machine has a 3-minute delay protection function after the compressor is shut down.

Operation Method

Time Setting

  1. Setting of timing shutdown: In the running state of the machine, press the timing key, the timing LED will be on, and the 88 display will flash "0" for 5 times. At this time, press the up and down keys to adjust the time from 1 hour to 24 hours, and change it for 1 hour for each up or down adjustment. When the set time is up, the machine will shut down automatically.
  2. Setting of timing start up: When the machine is in standby mode, press the timing key, the timing LED will be on, and the 88 display will flash "0" five times. At this time, press the up and down keys to adjust the required timing time, which is the same as timing shutdown. When setting the time, you can select the working mode after starting the machine. If you select the cooling or heating mode, you can adjust the set temperature at the same time. When the set time arrives, the machine will start automatically and operate in the selected working mode.
  3. Change the setting time: In the process of timing operation, if you want to change the existing timing time, you can press the timing key once. At this time, the 88 display will flash to display the remaining timing time. During the flashing period, press the up and down keys to increase or decrease the timing time on the basis of the original time. If you press the timer key again while flashing, the set time will be canceled, that is, exit the timer.

Operation mode

  1. Cool mode:
    • Press the mode key to select the refrigeration mode in the start up or timing start up state. At this time, the corresponding LED on the panel is displayed.
    • Press the up and down keys to set the appropriate temperature. The setting range is 16~30°C (60-86°F). Each time you press the up or down key, the temperature will rise or fall by 1°C or 1°F.
    • Press the wind speed key to select the appropriate wind speed, which can cycle to select low, medium and high wind.
    • After the cool mode is selected, press and hold the up key and timing key on the operation panel at the same time to enter the sleep mode, and the wind speed of the upper and lower fans is forced to be set to low wind. To cancel sleep, press the key combination again or change the mode to cancel the sleep function.

    • Press the wind speed key to select the appropriate wind speed, which can cycle to select low, medium and high wind.
    • The temperature is not adjustable.

Note:

Installation

1. Select installation location

When the machine is installed in a flat and dry place, 50 cm space must be left around the machine to make the air flow smoothly. As shown in Figure 5, the best installation distance is 50 cm from the back of the machine body to the wall and 90 cm from the air outlet to the ground.

2. Assembly method of exhaust pipe

Note: The length of the exhaust duct is between 60cm and 170cm (including the adapter). We suggest using the minimum length, which can save energy for you.

The length of the exhaust duct is specially designed according to the specifications of the air conditioner. Do not use exhaust pipes of different lengths or materials, which may cause failure.

Note: the above exhaust pipe and installation method are standard configuration of the company, subject to the actual object.

3. Installation of window sealing plate

Window sealing panels are designed to meet most standards for horizontal or vertical windows. The steps are as follows:

  1. Measure the window size;
  2. Adjust the length of the window sealing plate to adapt to the size of the window;
  3. After the length of the window sealing plate is determined, the length size is fixed with screws;
  4. Install the fixed window sealing plate on the window;
  5. Clip the exhaust pipe assembly (flat end of exhaust nozzle) into the window sealing plate assembly, and use the Screw fixation.

4. Installation diagram

Figure 8 shows the installation of the unit with a vertical window. Figure 9 shows the installation of the unit with a horizontal window. Figure 10 shows a correct installation diagram with a checkmark. Figure 11 shows an incorrect installation diagram with a cross mark.

Drainage Operation

Note: When the water is full, please move the machine smoothly, otherwise, the water may overflow from the inside.

Figure 12 illustrates the drainage plug and cap.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Note: Please turn off the machine and pull out the plug before cleaning.

  1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the machine with a duster or semi wet soft cloth. Do not use chemical reagents, such as benzene, alcohol, gasoline, etc. Otherwise, the surface of the air conditioner will be damaged, even the whole machine will be damaged.
  2. Cleaning of filter screen:
    • If the filter is blocked by dust, it will lead to poor air circulation and reduce the efficiency of air conditioning.
    • In the case of long-term use of air conditioning, it is recommended to clean the filter every two weeks.
    • 1. Pull out the filter in the direction shown in Figure 13.
    • 2. Put the filter into the warm water (about 40°C/104°F) with neutral detergent to clean it, and then dry it in the shade.

Post Season Preservation

When the air conditioner is not used for a long time or after the season, corresponding maintenance measures should be taken.

Troubleshooting

Before contacting a professional electrician, please check as follows:

TROUBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The air conditioner doesn't work Is the power off?
Is the plug not inserted?
Is the fuse blown or closed?
Is the time setting appropriate?
Is there a full water warning?
Normal phenomenon.
Plug in the power plug.
Replace the fuse or turn on the power.
Change the time setting.
Pour out the water.
The air conditioner is not cooling Is the air inlet and outlet blocked?
Is there any other heating source in the room?
Is the filter too dirty?
Is the temperature setting appropriate?
Is the fan speed set to the lowest gear?
Remove the blockage.
Remove other heat sources.
Clean the filter screen.
Change the temperature.
Choose the right wind speed.
The air conditioner is not standing securely, too much noise, and shaking while running Is the fuselage tilted?
Is the ground uneven?
Put it on the ground.

Note: In case of the following abnormal conditions, turn off the air conditioner and pull out the plug, and then contact the professional electrician:

Intelligent detection function

Error-detecting code Multi-functional defection
E1 Coil sensor sensing abnormal
E2 Abnormal perception of room temperature sensor
E4 Anti-freezing protection
FL The machine is in full water alarm state

Do not place the waste separately for other special purposes.
