Power on/off

Open the charging case and the earphones turn on automatically. To turn off, put the headset back into the charging case and close it.

BT Pairing

Open the charging case and search for "IMIKI T14". After the pairing record is established, put the earplugs back in the charging case. With the charging case cover open, the earphones will reconnect automatically in 10 seconds. If pairing fails after 5 minutes, the earphones will automatically shut down.

Battery Display

• If charging box ≤ 30%, the red light blinks during charge.
• If charging box is between 30%-70%, the white light blinks during charge.
• If charging box ≥ 70%, the green light blinks during charge.
• If charging box = 100%, the Green light is always on.

Earphone Charging

Put the headphones back in the charging case.

• When charging, the red light is steady on.
• When fully charged, the red light goes off.

Attention:

• If the headset has no power for up to 6 months, it may not be usable.
• If there is sweat or liquid on the earplugs, please dry them before charging, otherwise damage may be caused.

1. Question: The charging box has power, but why can't the earbuds be charged?

   Answer:

   1. Please confirm if the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging box. If the charging contact of the earbuds is not in full contact, it will cause the earbuds to fail to charge.
   2. Wipe the charging contacts of the earbuds with a clean cotton cloth to ensure there is no foreign object interference with earbud charging. If there is sweat or liquid on the charging contact of the charging box, the earbuds may appear corroded; please clean it before inserting the earbuds into the charging box.

2. Question: Place the earbuds in the charging box and close the charging box, why are the earbuds still in the connection status?

   Answer: It should be that the earbuds were not properly placed in the charging box. Please check point B above.

3. Question: Why does the earbuds suddenly stall when using it?

   Answer: Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earphones, electromagnetic interference in the area may cause temporary time lag. You can change the location of use.
