3.2 Installation Commissioning & Operations

3.2.1 Wiring method

3.2.1.1 Single-phase direct control method

For single-phase power supply loads within the switch's rated value, direct control can be used. For loads with high inrush current, use an AC contactor for expanded capacity control. Wiring diagrams are shown in Figure 3 and Figure 7.

3.2.1.2 Single-phase expanded capacity control method

If the operating current exceeds the switch's rated value for a single-phase load, use an AC contactor for expanded capacity control. Wiring diagrams are shown in Figure 4 and Figure 8.

3.2.1.3 Three-phase control method

For three-phase power supply loads, an external AC contactor is required. Wiring diagrams for AC220V and AC380V contactor coils are shown in Figure 5, Figure 6, and Figure 9.

3.2.2 Settings and Usage

Ensure the battery is inserted before use. Keys on the panel include: "RESET/RECALL", "HOUR", "MINUTE", "WEEK", "AUTO/MANU", "TIMER", and "CLOCK". Functions are available after unlocking the keyboard.

3.2.2.1 Unlock Setting

Press "RESET/RECALL" key four times to cancel the keyboard lock function. The lock symbol [lock-symbol] will disappear.

3.2.2.2 Clock Setting

Use the "HOUR", "MINUTE", and "WEEK" keys to set the current time.

3.2.2.3 Timing Setting

Press "TIMER" key to set ON times (e.g., "1 ON"). Use "HOUR", "MINUTE", "WEEK" to adjust. Press "TIMER" again to set OFF times (e.g., "1 OFF"). Repeat for up to 16 ON/OFF groups. Press "RESET/RECALL" to clear unused groups. Press "CLOCK" to confirm.

3.2.2.4 Auto/Manual mode setting

Press "AUTO/MANU" key to switch between "ON" (manual ON), "OFF" (manual OFF), and "Auto" (automatic timing control). The arrow on the LCD indicates the current mode.

3.2.2.5 Sleep delay function setting

When locked, press and hold "AUTO/MANU" and "CLOCK" for 3 seconds. Use "HOUR" or "MINUTE" to set the sleep delay mode (refer to Table 6). Pressing "AUTO/MANU" and "CLOCK" again or waiting 30 seconds exits the setting.

3.2.2.6 Clock auto calibration function

After unlocking, press and hold "RESET/RECALL" and "TIMER" keys. Adjust weekly calibration time using "WEEK". Press "CLOCK" to return. The switch calibrates automatically at 0:01 AM every Saturday.

3.2.2.7 Wiring for use

Wire according to diagrams. Connect power supply. Red indicator light should be on. After connection, green indicator light should be on, and voltage output should be present at the load terminals (220V or 380V).
