I. Presentation

Cdiscount, a public limited company with a capital of €6,642,912.78, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under number 424059 822, with its registered office at 120-126 Quai de Bacalan 33000 Bordeaux, and registered with ATOUT France under number IM033190006, offers on its PC and mobile website accessible at www.cdiscount.com, as well as via the associated Android and iOS applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Site"), an offer titled "-€70 with code 50WATCH8" (hereinafter the "Offer").

II. Description of the Offer

Cdiscount offers an immediate discount of seventy euros (€50) with the code 50WATCH8 for any purchase of one or more eligible products sold on the Cdiscount Site. Eligible products are identifiable by the offer banner integrated into each product page.

To benefit from the immediate discount voucher, simply create a cart with eligible product(s) and enter the code on the payment page.

Cdiscount reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel, shorten, or extend this Offer. In any event, its liability cannot be engaged in this regard.

V. Eligibility Conditions for Offer Participants

The Offer is reserved for any adult individual, regardless of nationality, acting personally as a consumer with Cdiscount, residing and therefore having a postal address in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or Luxembourg, as well as a valid email address.

VI. Offer Conditions

All payment methods presented on the Site are accepted, except:

• Payment via the "Pay in installments" credit solution offered by Cdiscount in partnership with Floa Bank.
• Payment in whole or in part by gift vouchers.

To take advantage of the Offer, simply create a cart with one or more eligible Product(s).

Once your cart is complete, click on "Proceed to checkout", choose your delivery method, and then enter the "code" found on the Site's homepage in the designated field.

After entering the code to benefit from the discount, click OK.

If you see the message "Your voucher has been taken into account", you can proceed to the final payment of your order. In case of cancellation or total or partial withdrawal from the order, you will lose the benefit of the immediate discount voucher.

VII. Conditions for Use of the Immediate Discount Voucher

The immediate discount voucher will be definitively acquired subject to the full payment of the eligible order.

The immediate discount voucher cannot be combined with another discount voucher from the Offer, any other promotion from a commercial operation in progress on the Site, any other refund offer, and/or promotional code (e.g., "cdav vip code") currently on the Site, excluding refund offers proposed by partner brands.

VIII. Offer Exclusion

Any person attempting to falsify the proper conduct of the Offer, by any means whatsoever, particularly to benefit from the Offer multiple times (creation of multiple customer accounts, fake customer accounts, etc.), will immediately forfeit the benefit of the Offer. Cdiscount also reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so.

Any repeated or non-repeated action by the customer aimed at wrongly benefiting from the Offer, such as partial order cancellations, will be considered fraudulent. As such, Cdiscount reserves the right not to validate the order, to suspend its execution, or to suspend or close the customer account in accordance with the Cdiscount General Terms and Conditions of Sale, causing the customer to permanently lose the benefit of the Offer.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, CDISCOUNT reserves the right to take any recovery action against the customer who has wrongly benefited and/or through fraudulent means from the Offer, in order to recover amounts unduly received on the basis of Article 1302-1 of the Civil Code.
