This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Samsung promotion offering up to 1300 PLN cashback on selected Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, and Z Flip7 FE models.
Promotion Details
The promotion, titled "Choose higher memory Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7 or Z Flip7 FE and get up to 1300 PLN cashback on your card," allows eligible participants to receive a cashback bonus. The promotion is valid for purchases made within a specified period.
Key Definitions
- Product Activation: Starting the Product and activating a SIM card from a Polish telecommunications provider for at least 5 minutes, and accepting the End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Organizer: Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o.
- Partner Handlowy (Retail Partner): A stationary or online point of sale.
- Card: A virtual VISA payment card issued and serviced by Planet Pay.
- Card Agreement: An agreement between the Customer and Planet Pay for card issuance.
- Promotional Code: An email code received after successful verification of the promotional form, used in the Samsung Cashback App to finalize the Card Agreement.
- KYC Process: "Know Your Customer" procedures conducted by Planet Pay to finalize the Card Agreement, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Promotion Schedule
- Purchase Period: July 25, 2025, to August 17, 2025, 11:59 PM.
- Product Activation Period: July 25, 2025, to August 24, 2025, 11:59 PM.
- Registration Period (Samsung Cashback App): August 4, 2025, to October 12, 2025, 11:59 PM.
Eligibility and Participation
To be eligible for the promotion, participants must:
- Purchase a qualifying Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, or Z Flip7 FE model from a participating Retail Partner during the Purchase Period.
- Activate the Product within the Activation Period.
- Register for the promotion via the Samsung Members app and the Samsung Cashback App.
- Complete the Promotional Form and upload proof of purchase.
- Enter the Promotional Code in the Samsung Cashback App and accept the promotion's terms and conditions.
- Complete the KYC Process.
- Enter into a Card Agreement with Planet Pay.
Each participant can receive a maximum of three cashbacks, with a limit of one cashback per specific product model (e.g., one for Galaxy Z Fold7, one for Galaxy Z Flip7, one for Galaxy Z Flip7 FE).
Cashback Amounts
The cashback amounts vary based on the purchased product model:
- Galaxy Z Fold7 1TB: 1300 PLN
- Galaxy Z Fold7 512GB: 500 PLN
- Galaxy Z Flip7 512GB: 500 PLN
- Galaxy Z Flip7 FE 256GB: 200 PLN
Cashback Issuance
The cashback will be issued as a one-time payment to the customer's card. The card is valid for 11 months. Unused funds on the card will be disbursed to the customer's bank account after 10 months from the Card Agreement date, provided the customer provides their bank account details.
Data Protection
Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o. is the data administrator. Personal data is processed for promotion organization, communication, prize delivery, and complaint handling. Data may be shared with affiliated companies and service providers. Participants have rights regarding their data, including access, rectification, and deletion, as outlined in the privacy policy.

Complaints and inquiries related to the promotion should be directed to the Organizer via email at promocja-galaxy@promo.smolar.pl or by mail to Smolar Agencja Promocyjno-Reklamowa Sp. z o.o. Complaints regarding payment transactions, cards, or the Samsung Cashback App should be directed to Planet Pay.
Terms and Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion. Participants are advised to regularly check their email for updates and to ensure that communications from the Organizer are not filtered as spam. The promotion rules are available on the Organizer's website.
