About the Product
Room Temp Water and Cold Water Dispenser
This unit is designed to provide room temperature or cold water whenever you require it.
You can use a spring water bottle or the water filter bottle.
For room temperature water of 25 degrees Celsius, the cooling time will be between 40-60 Minutes. The cold water temperature after cooling will be between 6 degrees Celsius and 10 degrees Celsius.
- Keep this appliance away from high temperatures and in a dry and well-ventilated location. Never install it outdoors, near machinery, plants, areas prone to insects, in the open air, in rain or in direct sunlight. Ensure it is used in an area free of dirt and dust.
- The environmental temperature for this appliance is between 18 degrees Celsius and 38 degrees Celsius.
- If the appliance needs to be moved, do not tilt it more than 45 degrees to avoid damage to the compressor.
- Ensure water has been added into the unit before it is turned ON. If the dispenser is turned ON with an empty water tank, it can be damaged.
- If the appliance will not be used for a long period of time, unplug it and drain all water from its interior.
- Do not use a filter other than model WF10 from Lenoxx when using the filtered water bottle.
Safety Information
- If the appliance is used improperly or if it is not used according to the instructions in the user manual, the warranty will become invalid.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as staff kitchen areas in offices or shops and other working environments, farmhouses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments, bed and breakfast type environments.
- This appliance cannot be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cable or appliance itself are damaged.
- If the power cable becomes damaged, you must have it replaced by a professional to avoid a potential hazard.
- Keep the appliance and its power cable out of reach of children.
- Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.
- Do not plug in the appliance or operate it with wet hands.
- Do not pull on the power cable to unplug the appliance. Remove the plug from a power point by grasping on the plug.
- Do not turn the appliance on and off by connecting it into a power point and removing it from a power point. Use the power switch at the rear of the appliance.
- Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket, and always make sure that the plug is inserted into the socket properly.
- Never connect this appliance to a timer.
- Place the appliance on a horizontal, level and stable surface at a distance no less than 15 cm from a wall at the rear of the appliance. Ensure the ventilation openings at the rear of the appliance are kept uncovered and unobstructed.
- This appliance is for indoor use only.

Operation
Instructions for Use with a Spring Water Bottle (Not Included)
Please follow the instructions below if you are using a spring water bottle.
Do not turn on the water cooler until the following instructions have been followed.
- Vertically insert a spring water bottle into the bottle support on top of the water cooler. The spoke will pierce the bottle cap. You will see bubbles appear inside the bottle, wait until the bubbling has stopped before dispensing water from both taps.
- Note: If you are applying a spring water bottle to the water cooler for the first time and you do not see any bubbles appear inside the bottle, open both taps until the bubbling starts and water flows from both taps.
- Once the bubbling has stopped, drain 1 - 2 litres of water from both taps.
- Note: The water cooler has been flushed before it left the factory however we strongly recommend that 2-3 litres of water is flushed through the unit before use.
- Insert the power plug into the wall socket and turn the power switch on the rear of the unit to the on position.
- At the front of the unit, there are 3 indicator lights:
- The power on light will continually illuminate while the unit is turned on.
- The cooling light will illuminate while the compressor is running and cooling the water.
- When cooling is finished, the cooling light will turn off and the cold light will illuminate until cooling is required again.
- When the unit is on for the first time, allow the unit to cool the water for 1-2 hours before dispensing cold water.
Instructions for Use with the Filter Bottle
Please follow the instructions below if you are using the filter bottle.
Do not turn on the water cooler until the following instructions have been followed.
- Remove the bottle support and spike from the water cooler.
- To remove the bottle support, turn the bottle support in the direction of the OPEN arrow to unlock and then hold the bottle support and vertically pull it off.
- When the bottle support is removed, you will be able to see inside the stainless steel cooling tank.
- Follow the instructions which come with the filter for correct installation of the filter into the bottle.
- Place the filter bottle on top of the water cooler and fill with water.
- Note: Filter bottles generally have a slower flow rate compared to spring water bottles. It will take longer to fill the cooling tank. Allow the cold tank to fill for 30 minutes before following the next steps.
- Insert the power plug into the wall socket and turn the power switch on the rear of the unit to the on position.
- At the front of the unit, there are 3 indicator lights.

Filter Maintenance
The filter diagram shows layers including a plastic filter cover, top filter layer, activated carbon with silver ion, special mineralizing balls, coral sands, and a porcelain filter.
- Unscrew the top lid (plastic filter cover).
- Remove the top filter layer.
- Wash or replace the filter cloth.
- The filter element itself can be unscrewed anti-clockwise.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the unit, turn the power off and unplug the unit to avoid electric shock.
Hand wash all components:
- Remove the bottle support and spike.
- Remove the plastic dividing plate from the inside of the tank.
- Wash the stainless steel tank and rinse it out.
- Drain all water out by using the taps.
- Avoid getting any water on the unit.
- To clean the outside of the unit, use a soft damp cloth to wipe it down.
- Do not submerge the unit in water or spray it with any harsh cleaners.
- After the unit has been cleaned, re-install the plastic dividing plate, replace the bottle support and spike (if required for use with a spring water bottle).
- Ensure water is running out of the taps before turning on the power switch at the rear of the unit.
