Important Safeguards
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or any part of the cooker in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the unit to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact Lenoxx customer support for examination, repair or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving the appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach the plug to the appliance first, then plug the cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
- Use only cookware that is suitable for induction cooking. Make sure the cookware has a flat base/cooking surface.
- Place a heat-resistant pad or mat under the unit before using it to prevent possible heat damage to the benchtop or tabletop.
- There are no user serviceable parts inside this appliance; any repairs to the appliance must be carried out by a qualified repair person.
- Clean the appliance regularly as a build-up of grease poses a fire hazard.
- Never cook food directly on the burners. Always use proper cookware.
- Do not attempt to cut food in cookware while on the heated burners.
- Do not leave cookware on hot burners unattended. Close supervision is necessary when using the product.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads.
- When in use, keep the unit a minimum of 20cm away from walls. Place on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface and in a well-ventilated area. Place the appliance on a dry and horizontal surface.
- For long-life performance, avoid dropping anything on the cooker. In case of the cooker cracking, turn the power supply off immediately and unplug it from the outlet.
- Always pull the plug out from the wall outlet. Never pull the cord.
- Ensure that the power cable never becomes wet or damp when the appliance is in use.
- Never leave the appliance unsupervised while it is in use.
- This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks of injury from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not insert anything into the vents of the appliance. This can cause an electric shock.

Introduction to Induction Cooking
Induction cooking is a method where the cooking vessel is heated by magnetic induction, rather than direct heat from a flame or element. The cooking vessel must be made of or contain ferromagnetic steel, such as cast iron or stainless steel.
Suitable Cookware
Only use cookware suitable for induction hobs, typically made of steel or cast iron. Cookware should have a flat base and a diameter between 12 cm and 24 cm for optimal performance.

How to Operate
- Place the appliance on a suitable, stable, heat-resistant surface, at least 20cm away from walls.
- Connect the power plug into the power point. The appliance will enter standby mode with a beep sound, LED screens, and indicator lights turning on and off.
- Press the ON/OFF button. The ON/OFF indicator light will turn on, and the cooker will be ready for use. If no buttons are pressed within 10 seconds, it returns to standby mode.
Switch Off
Press the ON/OFF button at any time to switch the appliance off. The cooker will enter standby mode.
Timer Function
The timer range is from 1 minute to 24 hours. After switching the cooker on, press the Timer Button to set the time. The timer indicator light will blink, and the LED screen will show 0:30. Use the Increase/Decrease buttons to adjust the time in 1-minute increments. The timer confirms automatically after 5 seconds. When cooking with a timer, the LED screen shows power/temperature and remaining time alternately every 5 seconds. The cooker enters standby mode when the timer finishes. To cancel the timer, long-press the Timer Button for 2 seconds.
Power Cooking Function
In standby or other modes, press the Power Button to set the power. The power indicator light will turn on. Use the Decrease or Increase buttons to adjust the power level. The timer function can be used in conjunction with the power setting.
Temperature Cooking Function
In standby or other modes, press the Temperature Button to set the temperature. The temperature indicator light will turn on. Use the Decrease or Increase buttons to adjust the temperature. The timer function can be used in conjunction with the temperature setting.
Child Lock
Press the Decrease and Increase Buttons simultaneously to activate the child lock. The control panel will be locked except for the On/Off and lock option buttons. The LED Screen will show "Loc". To unlock, press the Decrease and Increase Buttons simultaneously again.
Fan
The fan operates for 2 to 5 minutes after cooking for heat dissipation and stops automatically when the glass surface temperature is below 50°C.
High-Temperature Indicator
After turning the cooker off, the LED display shows "-H-" (High-Temperature Indicator) if the glass surface temperature is above 50°C. This indicator disappears when the temperature drops below 50°C.
Automatically Switch Off When No Operation for 2 Hours
The cooker will automatically switch off if left without operation for 2 hours, unless the timer mode is activated.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Turn off the appliance using the On/Off button and unplug the power cord once the light is off.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- Use a mild detergent or dishwashing liquid with a soft cloth to remove dirt and residues.
- Do not clean the appliance with running water or immerse it in water, as this can cause damage.
- Ensure the top plate and cookware are clean before cooking to prevent dirt from sticking and discolouring the plate.
- Clean air vents using a vacuum cleaner or cotton swabs for oily dirt.
- A toothbrush with a little soap can be used gently on the surface.
- Avoid using abrasives or strong detergents, which may damage the appliance.
- After cleaning, wipe the appliance dry with a dry, soft cloth.
