1. Overview
Security Guarantee
- Installation and connection must adhere to instructions. Connect to a stable power outlet with proper grounding.
- Avoid connecting to circuits shared with frequently switched devices like copiers or air conditioners.
- Retain all safety and operating instructions for future reference.
- Do not use non-specialized power supply; it may result in malfunctions.
- If the power cord is damaged, discontinue usage and notify the service department.
- Do not expose the Terminal to liquid substances or allow conductive objects to enter it.
- Do not apply excessive pressure or place items on top of the Terminal.
- Avoid severe vibrations, shaking, or forceful impacts.
- Do not position in environments with high temperature, humidity, dustiness, or strong electromagnetic fields.
- Do not plug/unplug components while powered on; turn off the Terminal first.
- Avoid using flammable sprays or paints near the Terminal.
- In case of malfunctioning, cut off power supply and cease usage. Contact LANDI post-purchase service department; do not disassemble.
- In case of thunderstorms, disconnect the power supply to prevent lightning strikes.
- Opening the Terminal casing will erase sensitive information.
- Abnormalities will trigger warning messages and alarm sounds. Contact LANDI customer service.
Warning: This product is classified as Class B and may cause radio interference in residential environments. Users may need to implement practical measures to mitigate interference.

The C20Pro is an advanced POS Terminal with a full touch screen and high-speed communication capabilities, designed for indoor usage in various industries such as catering, entertainment, chain stores, and e-commerce businesses. It features cutting-edge software, hardware, and industrial design, including a 4-core 2.0G high-speed CPU, ample memory, a touchscreen LCD display, and user-friendly graphical interfaces. 4. Unboxing and Inspection
Open the packaging box and carefully inspect the Terminal and accessories for any signs of tampering or transportation damage. POS Terminals have built-in security features and become unusable if dismantled.
1. Unpacking the packaging box and check the following items:

2. Remove all plastic wrapping from the Terminal and other accessories.
3. Retain the shipping packaging box and materials for future packing or transporting of the Terminal.
5. Installation
Installation Environment
Position POS Terminals in areas with minimal electromagnetic radiation during operation. Install the Terminal on a stable platform to prevent accidental falls. Keep it at a considerable distance from heat sources, vibrations, dust, moisture, and other potential sources of electromagnetic radiation (e.g., computer screens, electric motors, security terminals).
? Notice: For safety reasons, do not lay power lines along pedestrian walkways or across pathways on the floor.

Power Supply
Insert the power adapter into the Terminal's power interface and connect it to the mains electricity.

Audio
The audio jack supports OMTP and CTIA standard interfaces, including four-pole audio plugs (with microphone support) and three-pole audio plugs for headphones or speakers.

USB Type-C Port

Terminal Debugging and Trial Operation
- Check if the Terminal is receiving proper power supply. A red light below the main screen indicates power status.
- Ensure all communication cables and SIM cards (if required) are properly installed.
- Press the power button. A blue light indicates successful startup. If no response, refer to Chapter 7 "Common Troubleshooting".
- After installation, perform a trial run to ensure successful operation.
6. Usage of Terminal
Basic Operation of Power on/off the Terminal
Power on: Ensure the power adapter is connected and powered on. The power icon will be red. Press and hold the 'Power' button for about 3 seconds. The power icon turns blue, the main display lights up, and the welcome screen appears.
Power off: Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds. Select 'Power off' on the screen.

Usage of Buttons
The buttons on the right side of the base, from left to right, are: power button, Volume-, Volume+, Customize Button.
Usage of USB Ports
The terminal has five USB Type-A ports on the back panel and sides. These ports are recommended for connecting devices that are not frequently plugged/unplugged, such as password keyboards and barcode scanners.

7. Trouble Shooting

8. Usage Precautions
- Do not use the Terminal in harsh environments (direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, excessive dust).
- For cleaning, dampen a clean cloth with a few drops of neutral detergent. Avoid wet cloths. For stubborn stains, use alcohol or alcohol-based cleaners. Do not use diluents, trichloroethylene, or ketone solvents. Avoid spraying cleaning agents directly onto the screen.
- Do not plug or unplug components (except USB ports, Ethernet ports, headphone jacks) while powered on.
- Do not hot-swap SIM cards or MicroSD cards.
- After each day's business operations, shut down the Terminal.
- The Terminal should be managed by designated personnel.
- If abnormal phenomena occur (sharp noises, water/impurities inside, unpleasant odors), immediately stop operation, cut off power, and report to the service provider.
Note: The Terminal should be protected from water and dust. It is intended for indoor use only. Damage caused by rain or dust infiltration is not covered under warranty.
9. Transportation and Storage
Transport using conventional methods, avoiding exposure to rain, snow, direct sunlight, and mechanical impact. Handle with care to prevent dropping or throwing. Implement measures to avoid compression and packaging damage. Store the product in its original packaging box.
? Notice: There is a warning on the packaging box regarding transportation. Please follow the instructions during transportation to avoid potential damage to the Terminal.
The warehouse must not contain harmful gases, flammable or explosive materials, or corrosive chemicals. Avoid strong mechanical vibrations, impacts, or intense magnetic fields. Position packaging boxes at least 15cm above the ground and 50cm from walls, heat sources, cold sources, windows, or air vents.
