- Do not use over 5 V voltage to charge this product.
Pairing
Find the Bluetooth name "ATT_SYNC_D1" or "ATT_SYNC_D2" in the search list to connect it to your mobile device or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Key Operating Instructions
Power Button:
- Long press for 3 seconds to power on.
- Long press for 3 seconds to power off.
While music is playing:
- Click the power button once to play/pause music.
In Bluetooth-connected mode, for an incoming call:
- Short press to answer/end the call.
- Long press to decline the incoming call.
- Quick double-press to activate the voice assistant.
Volume/Track Buttons:
- '+' Button:
Long press: next song
Short press: volume up - '-' Button:
Long press: previous song
Short press: volume down
ANC Button:
- Short press: switch between noise reduction modes - ANC on / ANC off / Transparency.
- When in ANC mode, double-press to enter adaptive ANC mode. You will hear a beep (press one more time to exit to ANC off mode).
ULT Button:
- Short press: switch between multiple sound effects EQ - bass, vocal, high pitch (Note: switch EQ freely only in normal mode)
- Quick double-click: 3D surround sound (Note: switch 3D surround sound freely in any mode)
You can also use a 3.5 mm cable to connect your mobile device to the headset and listen to music from your mobile device or a computer.
Charging Function

AT&T One-Year Limited Warranty
What is covered: AT&T warrants to the first retail purchaser of this wireless accessory that should this product or any part be proved defective in materials or workmanship, from the date of proof of purchase for a period of one year, then it will be subject to the terms of this one-year limited warranty. Such defects will be replaced or have a credit issued at the option of AT&T, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect. Proof of purchase required.
Limitations and exclusions: This warranty does not apply to any cost incurred for removal or re-installation, or to any product or part thereof which has suffered through normal wear and tear, alteration, improper installation, physical abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident. Nor does it cover defects caused by shipment to an AT&T service center, or repair, or service of the product by anyone other than an AT&T service center. Damage resulting from an act of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, and other natural disasters will be excluded. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied either in fact or by operations of law, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. AT&T does not authorize any other person to assume any liability beyond the warranty herein described. In no event, whether based in contract or tort shall AT&T be liable for incidental, inconsequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind from the use of this product, including interrupted or incomplete phone calls or arising out of any breach of this warranty. In no event shall AT&T be liable for damage in excess of the purchase price. AT&T and the AT&T logo are trademarks of AT&T Intellectual Property. Other manufacturer warranties may apply.
