Intended Use
This product is a toy for private use and for children aged 3 years and above.
Safety Instructions
- Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Choking hazard. Small parts.
- Children may play with this product only under adult supervision.
- Adult assembly required. Ensure that the product and all components are not given to children until after assembly.
- Warning: Neither the packaging/mounting materials nor the 'SUPER DRY' pouch (desiccant) are a constituent part of the toy and for safety reasons they must be removed before the product is given to children to play with.
- Warning: Desiccant contains calcium chloride (CAS 10043-52-4). Keep out of reach of children.
- The product is not for climbing on or playing with! Make sure that people, particularly children, do not stand on the product or pull themselves up on it. The product may fall over.
- Place the product on a horizontal and level surface in order to prevent tipping.
- Check the product for damage and wear before each use. The product may only be used in good order and condition!
Assembly
To assemble the product, follow the individual steps as shown in figures B-P. You will need a suitable screwdriver (not included in delivery).
General Assembly Steps
Be sure to observe correct alignment of the component parts (18) and the pillars (10) (Figs. B and C). Insert all lane crash barriers (16), (17) into the holes provided on the product (Fig. P).
Assembling the Lift Tower (Fig. G)
The lift tower consists of various individual parts and must be pre-assembled. For assembly, you need the individual components (5-8), (21), (22), (26), (28).
- Place the two individual parts (5), (6) in parallel next to each other. Ensure correct alignment.
- Place the short axial pin of the cable thread (7) in the recess of the individual part (5).
- Place a washer (22) with the curved side facing outwards onto the long axial pin of the cable thread and lead it through the opening in the individual part (6).
- Place the second washer (22) onto the axial pin with the curved side facing inwards.
- Tighten the crank arm (21) with the screw (28) on the axial pin.
- Secure the roof (8) to the individual parts (5), (6) using the screws (26).
Using the Ramp (Fig. Q)
You have the option of using the ramp (14) for all standard commercial tracks.
- Turn the ramp over and slide it into the base (1) with the underside facing upwards.
- Place one or two track end-pieces on the ramp.
Diagrammatic Assembly Steps (General Description)
The assembly process involves building the multi-level structure layer by layer. Figures B through P illustrate the step-by-step construction:
Fig. B-C: Shows the initial attachment of the base plate (1) with various upright support pillars (2, 3, 4, 10, 18) using screws (25, 26, 27).
Fig. D-F: Continues the construction by adding more levels and support structures, attaching them to the base and existing pillars with screws.

Storage, Cleaning, and Disposal
Storage and Cleaning
When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature. Wipe clean with a dry cloth only. IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with harsh cleaning agents.
Disposal
Dispose of the product and packaging materials in accordance with current local regulations. Store the packaging materials (e.g., foil bags) out of the reach of children. For further information about disposal of the product no longer needed, contact your local council. Dispose of the product and the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.
The Recycling Code identifies different materials for recycling. It consists of a recycling symbol and a number indicating the material.
Guarantee and Service Information
The product was produced with great care and under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT HANDELSKONTOR GmbH provides private end customers with a three-year guarantee on this product from the date of purchase (guarantee period) in accordance with the following provisions. The guarantee is only valid for material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries) or fragile parts like switches or glass components.
Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the product has been used incorrectly, improperly, or contrary to its intended purpose, or if the instructions were not observed, unless the end customer proves a defect not caused by these circumstances.
Claims must be made within the guarantee period by presenting the original sales receipt. The guarantee period is not extended by repairs. Please contact the service hotline or e-mail for claims. If a guarantee case is valid, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or the purchase price refunded, at our discretion. Your legal rights are not limited by this guarantee.

Legal Information
Your legal rights, in particular guarantee claims against the respective seller, are not limited by this guarantee.
Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code: When the buyer requests the seller, during the commercial guarantee period, for a repair covered by the guarantee, any period of immobilization of at least seven days shall be added to the remaining guarantee period. This period runs from the date of the buyer's request for intervention or from the date the item is made available for repair, if this is later than the request.
Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller delivers goods conforming to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. They are also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation if the latter was carried out under their responsibility.
Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code: The goods conform to the contract if:
- They are fit for the use ordinarily expected of similar goods and, where applicable: correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities presented by the seller as a sample or model; possess the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in light of public statements made by the seller, the producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
- Or they possess the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or are fit for any special use sought by the buyer, made known to the seller, and accepted by the latter.
Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code: The action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred two years after delivery of the goods.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is liable for hidden defects of the item sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if they had known.
Article 1648, first paragraph of the Civil Code: The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.
