DocumentDocument4+ inches Loadtracker Mounting Quick Guide STEP 1 Mount and install the Loadtracker on the car body where it has adequate clearance to the truck side frame. Sensor requires a minimum of 4" of clearance. STEP 2 Attach the bracket to the car body with 3M Tape or Welding. Surfaces must be clean and free of any loose debris or obstacles prior to beginning installation; do not apply 3M Tape to freshly painted surfaces. STEP 3 Install sensor with four, 3/8" bolts and washers. Ensure the Loadtracker is installed on the car body as close to the center of the truck side frame in a location that will not crush the sensor. STEP 4 Use mechanical level to ensure ultrasonic beams are pointing downwards at the truck side frame. STEP 5 Log in to the Nexxiot Mounting App with your credentials (Login Details). The user must have pairing rights to be able to log in. STEP 9 Ensure photos are clear and legible. Click the "Continue" button. STEP 6 Click the "+" button, navigate to preferred scanning method. STEP 10 Verify selections and weight inputs. Click the "Registor Mounting" button. STEP 7 Hold smartphone NFC to the Loadtracker sensor to verify connection and initiate the pairing process. STEP 11 Hatch sensor has been paired successfully. Click the "Finish" button. STEP 8 Click the "Continue" button. Sensor is now ready to be installed and paired. STEP 4 When the device has successfully demounted, continue by clicking "FINISH". STEP 5 Remove the old device from the asset. STEP 6 If applicable: Continue by installing the new device to the asset and use the Nexxiot Mounting App to connect the new device to the asset. When the device is taken out of service, it must be returned to Nexxiot Inc. (if not otherwise agreed contractually).
