N-Com EASYSET Software
Update and customize your N-Com system using N-Com EASYSET. The software can be installed on PC or Mac (refer to the support section on www.n-com.it). The companion app for Android and iOS smartphones is available for free download on Google Play and the Apple Store.
Voice Prompts
The N-Com system features voice prompts that provide information about the system and its active functions. The default language for these prompts is English. To change the language, use the System Configuration Menu (detailed in the complete user manual), the N-Com EASYSET app for smartphones, or the N-Com EASYSET program for PC/MAC.
Key Functions and Indicators
Understanding the controls and indicators:
- LED: Indicates system status.
- [Press and hold button]: Press and hold the button for the indicated number of seconds (e.g., 2").
- [Press and release button]: Press and release the button the indicated number of times (e.g., x1).
- [Speaker icon]: Indicates voice prompts or acoustic signals.
Operating Modes
The B602 system operates in two modes: Complete Mode and Simple Mode. The available functions vary depending on the selected mode. The system's default mode is Complete Mode. Compatibility for each function with the two modes is indicated throughout the guide.
Basic Functions
Power On/Off: [Power button] + press for 2 seconds.
Volume Adjustment:
- Increase Volume: [Volume Up button] x1
- Decrease Volume: [Volume Down button] x1
Change Mode: [Power button] + press for 5 seconds.
Pairing Mode: [Power button] + press for 4 seconds.
Configuration Menu: [Power button] + press for 4 seconds.
Factory Reset: [Power button] + press for 5 seconds.

Pairing Mode
To enter Pairing Mode, press and hold the [Power button] for 4 seconds. The system will then guide you through pairing various devices:
- Pair Phone 1: [Phone 1 icon] (x1 press)
- Pair Phone 2: [Phone 2 icon] (x1 press)
- Pair Intercom A: [Intercom A icon] (x2 presses)
- Pair Intercom B: [Intercom B icon] (x2 presses)
- Pair GPS: [GPS icon] (x1 press)
- Other pairings: Follow the sequence indicated by the icons.

Configuration Menu
Access the Configuration Menu by pressing and holding the [Power button] for 4 seconds. Navigate through the menu options:

Mobile Phone Connectivity
Mobile Phone Pairing: Follow the on-screen prompts or use the Bluetooth pairing process on your phone. The system supports pairing with two mobile phones.
Answer/Reject Call:
- To answer or reject a call: [Phone icon] + press.
- Alternatively, press any key: [Any Key]
Voice Assistant: Activate your phone's voice assistant by pressing and holding the [Headset icon] for 2 seconds.
Music Playback
Play/Pause:
- Play: [Play icon] + press for 2 seconds.
- Pause: [Pause icon] + press for 2 seconds.
Skip/Rewind:
- Skip Forward: [Skip icon] + press for 3 seconds.
- Rewind: [Rewind icon] + press for 3 seconds.
Music Sharing: Initiate music sharing by activating the [Music Sharing icon].
Intercom Functionality
Intercom Pairing: To pair two N-Com units (A and B):
- Unit A: Press and hold [Power button] for 4 seconds, then press [Power button] x2.
- Unit B: Press and hold [Power button] for 4 seconds, then press [Power button] x2.
Once paired, establish an intercom connection by pressing the [Power button] x1*.

Certification and Safety Approvals
FCC Compliance Statement: This device complies with FCC Part 15 rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: no harmful interference caused by the device, and acceptance of any received interference. The equipment has been tested and found to comply with Class B digital device limits, designed for reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. It may generate radio frequency energy and could cause interference if not used as instructed. Users experiencing interference are advised to reorient antennae, increase separation, use a different circuit, or consult a dealer/technician.
FCC RF Exposure Statement: The equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits for uncontrolled environments. Users must follow specific operating instructions. The antenna must not transmit simultaneously with other antennas/transmitters unless approved by FCC multi-transmitter procedures. The distance between the antenna and head surface is 34.5mm.
FCC Caution: Unauthorized modifications may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Industry Canada (IC) Statement: This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standards. Operation is subject to no interference and acceptance of any interference.
