Exchange can be completed on the "Samsung Shop".

Important Information:

• Provide accurate details about your old smartphone's screen condition and accessories. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation or rejection of the offer.
• The exchange price shown is the maximum price, subject to physical verification at the time of exchange.
• Screen condition and declared accessories will be verified. Mismatches may result in cancellation/rejection.
• For "Deferred Exchange", customers must purchase the new product first. Payment details for the exchange value will be sent via email/SMS by Cashify. Customers must update payment details within three (03) days of receiving the link. Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and no exchange amount will be returned.
• If the delivery executive rejects the old device during pickup due to incorrect customer information or device quality, the new device will not be taken back, and no refunds or additional offers will be provided. The exchange offer will be forfeited.
• A government-approved Photo ID (PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.

Additional Exchange Offer:

• The additional exchange value (up to ₹3000) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion.
• This offer is valid on Samsung.com and in select pin codes until May 03, 2024.
• This offer is in addition to the existing Upgrade Program and applies to the exchange of select smartphone devices with a new Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

Samsung reserves the right to withdraw, extend, annul, or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
