Offer Description: Upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and get up to an additional ₹10000 on exchange of your old Samsung smartphone device. The offer is available on select Smartphone devices as detailed in Annexure A below and its availability is subject to the customer's area pin codes.

Exchange Information

Exchange for devices purchased via Samsung.com - Important Information:

1. You can exchange your old select smartphone devices with a Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge.
2. The Exchange Offer is provided by Samsung in collaboration with “Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Cashify”). The evaluation and exchange of your old smartphone device shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Cashify. For details, refer to https://www.cashify.in/terms-of-use & https://www.cashify.in/terms-conditions.
3. Exchange can be done on "Samsung Shop".
4. Please provide correct inputs regarding screen condition & availability of accessories when evaluating your old Smartphone device. Any incorrect information provided may result in cancellation/rejection of the Exchange Offer. In such a scenario, you will not be eligible to receive the exchange value and/or any benefit/Offer from Samsung or the exchange partner.
5. The Exchange Price shown is the Maximum Price, subject to physical check at the time of exchange.
6. The screen condition and accessories declared will be verified at the time of exchange. In case of any mismatch, the exchange transaction will be cancelled/rejected.
7. The exchange device can be requoted, or the main order will be cancelled if mandatory checks fail on the Cashify Diagnose App, or if the used phone is not in working condition, has scratches/cracks on the screen, or has dents. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee may be levied.
8. If the customer selects the option of “Deferred Exchange” at the time of placing the order, the following scenarios may arise:
   • Under the "Deferred Exchange" option, the customer must purchase the product by making a full payment and receive delivery. After delivery, Cashify will send payment details for crediting the exchange value to the customer's registered email and mobile number. If the customer provides an incorrect mobile number or a number not in use, Samsung or Cashify will not be responsible for non-delivery of the payment link. Upon receiving the link, the customer needs to update payment details within three (03) days. If details are not updated within this period, the exchange transaction will be cancelled/rejected/forfeited, and Samsung or Cashify will not be liable to return any exchange amount.
   • Upon the customer filling in payment details, a delivery executive will pick up the old device. If the delivery person rejects the old device due to wrong information, quality checks, or other reasons, the new device already delivered will not be taken back, and no refunds or additional offers will be provided. The exchange offer will stand forfeited/cancelled/rejected.
9. A government-approved Photo ID proof (PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.

Additional Exchange Offer

The Additional Exchange (of ₹10000) on Upgrade Offer is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion on purchase of Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. If your exchange is rejected for any reason, you will not be eligible for the exchange value or this additional exchange value. No claims will be entertained.

This Offer is valid on Samsung.com and in select pin codes only, from 24th July, 2025 till 31st July, 2025.

This Offer is valid in addition to the already running Upgrade Program and is available on the exchange of select Smartphone devices only, as detailed in the Annexure, with a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge.

Samsung reserves the right to withdraw, extend, annul, or modify the Offer at any point of time without prior intimation.

This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or NBFC EMIs unless specifically mentioned.

Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
