Quick Installation Guide
Follow these steps for a safe and efficient installation:
Step 1: Power Off
Before starting any electrical work, ensure the power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker to prevent electric shock. ⚠️
Step 2: Wiring
Connect the wires according to the diagram. Ensure all connections are secure. The device requires connections for Line (L), Neutral (N), and Load.

Step 3: Download the eWeLink App
Download the eWeLink app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to manage your smart switch.
Step 4: Device Status Indicator
The LED indicator on the device shows its status:
- Fast flashing: Wi-Fi pairing mode.
- Slow flashing: Connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Solid on: Connected to Wi-Fi.
- Off: Device is powered off or in a low-power state.

Step 5: Add Device to eWeLink App
Open the eWeLink app, tap the '+' icon, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your BASICR4 device. The device will enter pairing mode if powered on and not connected to Wi-Fi for 10 minutes. You can also manually initiate pairing mode by pressing the power button for a specific duration.

Step 6: Installation
Mount the device securely in a suitable location, such as a wall box, following the provided instructions.
